Clarion Hotel Fort Mill Near Amusement Park

Price was ok. Despite some obvious remodeling going on it did not affect my sleep or relaxation.

Toilet flushed really slow. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. It's very worn on top.

There is mold all over the ac unit, car air freshener in the unit that rattled and just drew more attention to all of the mold. Hotel was dirty, run down. TV didn’t load channels that were viewable due to digital disturbances.

The lobby was beautiful

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! 🤮🤮 I do not typically write bad reviews. There are enough people that do that. However, the room was DISGUSTING!! The conditioner was used, walls were dirty, something that looked like blood spatter on the headboard of 1 bed, MOLD in several places, cockroach poop on the wall, and a cockroach in the dresser, microwavewas nasty too. We did not stay there for more than 5 minutes. The clerk wasn't welcoming and was rude. When we said we were leaving, her response was, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." They charge $100 deposit for incidentals, crazy with how awful that place was! I'm not sure where they got the pictures for the site, but it definitely was not this hotel. I wish there was more space for pics. There were dead roaches on the ceiling. There was water damage to the ceilings, and it looked like the room hadn't been dusted.. ever. The balcony door didn't open properly. After a long day at Carowinds, we wanted to stay close for a good night sleep and a few hours at the park in the morning. After we walked into this mess, we decided to drive the 4.5 hours home starting at 11pm.

Panchitos was fantastic.

The entire county of York had a main water break and caused this hotel chaos. People were at the front desk complaining and asking for refunds, and the front desk attendant didn't have any sympathy. It was inhumane to keep us there as guests, and a couple of families had children that just got back from Carowinds and couldn't even get a shower or use the toilet. Unacceptable. We decided to end our stay there prematurely and went to Pineville. We did ask for a refund and the front desk said she'd give us 15% of our stay back. 15%!!!!! I was livid. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this Clarion. You all let me down.

They are working on hotel. Needs upgrade very old. Checkin lady was very nice quick and very helpful. Would not stay there again beds were clean fairly comfortable, bathroom door was almost off hinges had to lift door up to close and open it, room door lock did not seem very secure screws where not even tighten down. It was quiet Wish I had gotten the memo about construction.hope they can get it fixed but to old to remodel

No coffee or tea in the morning. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder or guard on light switch! Crazy! No elevator service; thankfully we were on first floor., the restaurant was close, but the food left something to be desired, as did the service. Will not be staying there again!

The room was in disarray, with the door not closing properly, trash scattered everywhere, and stains on the bed.

The photos on the third party website "Expedia" are NOT correct! There is NO pool, breakfast, or fitness Center! The water pressure was non existent! The staff is friendly, but not smart! We were next to a Mexican family(s) were who were very loud and noisy!! Had a party going on watching some sports event! Staff NEVER came by to have the family turn down the noise. Would strongly recommend the Best Western behind this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! But was close to Carowinds are destination and Starbucks, Culver's and Jimmy Johns were next door.

I understand they were renovating the property but the room they provided was filthy from the baseboards to the ceiling. The shower head was about to explode and they offered 10% discount = $8.10 for the inconvenience of not being able to SHOWER!
