Breakfast was very nice and the rooms were comfortable.

Nothing worthy of a mention.

Close proximity to Birmingham Airport providing excellent value for money using ‘fly and park’ option. Excellent breakfast set us up for the long journey home.

Good location for NEC

Quite a lot! Very overpriced for starters. Much nicer hotels available with better,cleaner facilities! For starters, I paid £15 for a package for my wife's birthday. The lady at reception spoilt the surprise as she asked for payment of the package on arrival which my wife overheard. I then told her it was a surprise. Then,embarrassingly there was nothing in the room when we got in there . We then went for a swim.when we got back to the room the birthday package was there. However, there were no rose petals as stated. I appreciate this may not sound like a big deal, but £140 for the room,£15 for incomplete birthday package plus £5 for parking. The pool are was also filthy dirty clumps of hair around the pool,steam room stunk,and the changing rooms were dirty.. All in all,very disappointing and next time we go to the NEC we will be staying somewhere else

The decore and fittings are tired and could do with an update. For example the chairs in the bar area are very worn and the walls are scruffy and marked. Just felt it needs to be modernised
