We liked the cobination of the resturant and bar meals options. Tha Burgandy bar area was light and airy. Tge satff were also frienldy and helpful.

No real issues.

Love the leisure facilities ,the restaurant stayed open well we got some last minute food we were last ones in it amazing service

Everything was fine

Convenient location, great to be able to park in the hotel car park and walk to the NEC and back. Friendly staff in reception and the restaurant. Enjoyed a tasty meal in the restaurant.

Unfortunately the room was much too hot, even with a fan, so I didn't get much sleep and felt tired and groggy when I woke up. We also appeared to be above the kitchens or a storage room because I was woken at 6am on Sunday morning by someone talking loudly and then lots of banging about.

Good location close to NEC and airport

I have stayed many times but this is my last, previously have stayed when gym not open on time, same this stay, meant to open 6.30, still not open 6.45, totally unacceptable. Also room unbearably warm, even with fam over 28 degrees, impossible to sleep

Bar staff and prices

Kirt reception staff. Also, the quality of the bathroom, especially as we upgraded the room. We expected more than mould on the shower screen and a gap in between the bath and the wall. There is no fan in the bathroom.
