Location is good.

My hotel room was far too hot to stay in...around 90f seriously ridiculous. It is 2026 and to not have air conditioning in a hotel if quite frankly very poor management planning.

Comfortable room, perfect location for the NEC, staff were helpful and friendly

The flush on the toilet wasn't very good so I've knocked a point off

The staff are always very welcoming. The breakfast self-service works really well.

Would have liked a better vegetarian menu in the restaurant.

The opportunity to come face to face with the local wildlife. Having a good reason to get a full refund for a £209 room.

The quanitity of human parasites in the bed.

Good location, easy to get to and conveniently located. Decent value, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that, although the guest car park is very large, it was absolutely full, and disabled parking bays very limited in number, relatively speaking.
