Received a warm friendly welcome at reception at check-in and check-out. The air con in the bedroom worked really well, especially welcome during the heatwave. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Overall a very pleasant stay while we were exhibiting at the NEC.

Staff were lovely, social areas seemed nice. Free parking is great and access to NEC is very good.

Very, very hot - I know there is a heatwave but it was unbearable in the room. Hair on the bed, dead fly in the bathroom and other things on floor, and unclean tiles.

Close to airport

Location is OK for the NEC but not easily walkable due to road configuration so factor in taxi cost if visiting NEC. Breakfast was decent. Restaurant pretty good.

No aircon in rooms, no fans available, adjacent to a busy dual carriageway so couldn’t open window at night. Didn’t sleep due to heat in the room.

Good price and location for Birmingham Airport

Changing rooms in the pool area were a little outdated and small

Friendly hotel, good parking, excellent food and reasonably priced food and drinks.

Air conditioning in the room.

I was looking forward to a relaxing stay due to my busy schedule and was very let down by the quality of the hotel, for the premium price that was paid for the room and the lacking in room comfort and facilities, was very disappointing. The leisure amenities were ok and the breakfast was good, I would not stay there again though.
