"Great location but just too hot in the room."

It was clean, the location was excellent for our needs, the food was good and the staff were great.

It was just too hot in the room (102). The air conditioning just didn’t work no matter how you adjusted the settings.

"Clean , convenient, affordable, but needs work on communication."

Clean and most of staff friendly.

Communication beforehand about latest late check in being 3am. Was told 24 hours manned but this was not mentioned. But in fairness too , perhaps should’ve gotten back in touch closer to check in to discuss being delayed.

we found the location of the EV chargers very difficult to park in and use and the number of EV chargers available meant it was difficult to find a free charger when required .

"Good hotel"

Location to the airport and train station. Plus free parking if you are resident which i believe is the closest you can get to hotel before you start paying silly parking prices. Rooms are comfortable, hotel clean, bar food and drinks are reasonably priced.

"We would be unlikely to book again."

The bathroom in the room was good (except the tap in the sink was very stiff). Pleasant bar.

The bedroom was uncomfortably hot all night leading to very broken sleep. There was a fan in the wardrobe that, when plugged in, helped marginally. We were unlucky that the temperature outside was very warm on the night we were there but there was no aircon or recourse to cooling to get the temperature down in the room. Also, no bottled water or fridge. Not a great experience.
