. staff and customer service was excellent and the food was really nice.

bed was really uncomfortable, spa facilities were lacking in changing room and the showers were full of black mold

again another superb stay when picking our daughter up from the airport

we had to leave and was not able to stay the following week when bringing her back to the airport . be back soon

Staff were so helpful, food was lovely, prices reasonable, so clean, a bit dated but adds to the charm.

Next to the airport friendly staff did not use facilities because only stayed for early flight in the morning

Location to NEC is excellent, and breakfast is brilliant

The spa is old, dirty, didn’t open on time, staff were rude.

Large room, exceptional staff who helped with the warmth of the room as much as they could. Clean and tidy Nice pool, welcoming for the dog.

Whilst the hotel is fairly convenient for the NEC the map makes it look much closer. You have to walk alongside a 3 lane busy road (on a footpath) and then across a car park to get there. Very poorly signposted from the NEC if on foot. I asked for a room not facing the road otherwise it would have been very noisy. Very hot weather and the rooms have no air con and fans were limited. The room was absolutely stifling and even with the fan it was awful. Breakfast is incredibly poor value. I had continental and there were some packets of cereal, tinned mandarin, a few melon slices and 6 slices of processed sliced cheese. I can’t believe hotels are still serving what essentially was a hotel breakfast from 1982!
