Coco Palm

Stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. We had a garden view room with patio. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We were so impressed with the staff, the team in the dining room were efficient and very helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Coraleena from the reception team. We had someone take our case in error from the lobby just as we were leaving. Coraleena stayed beyond her shift to sort the problem out. She went above and beyond , so thankyou again Coraleena.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were in paradise. The front desk great you with such a warm welcome (and a rum cocktail) to check you in. Then heading to the room which is absolutely lovely. We had a garden room on the ground floor with a beautiful patio outside to sit and relax. The restaurant is just amazing and as all inclusive guests we got to try everything. The breakfast is a buffet with fresh eggs and omelets cooked to order too. Lunch and dinner are both absolutely delicious, the seafood being my favorite. The salmon is amazing but honestly I didn’t eat anything I didn’t like. Jan, our server most of the trip, made everything even more special. She’s a true asset to the Coco Palm team. The walk to the beach is about 5 mins away but not being beach people we mainly enjoyed the pool which is always clean, the pool guy working hard from around 7am to keep it that way. I used the gym daily and it had enough equipment to work out comfortably daily. We had such a great stay, we have already booked for 2027!

When we arrived check in was slow. There was one receptionist and she spoke for about 30 minutes with one guest checking in! Too long when you have other guests sitting waiting. The room was lovely clean bright spacious pool view. Large clean bathroom and great shower. We were all inclusive and for breakfast it is buffet style and an egg station however just one cook preparing so could be slow. Lunch and evening meal are chosen from a menu and served. The food is absolutely delicious and the waiting staff are so friendly warm and helpful. The bar could be hit and miss and we actually left the bar once after a 10 minute wait to be served. The cocktails were delicious though. The noise from the bars and nearby road was very loud but we did still sleep very well. We did email in advance to say we were celebrating 26 years anniversary on the 26th February but nothing was celebrated for us. Not even ribbons on a table which seemed to be the thing for birthdays and celebrations. Overall we had a good experience which is mainly to do with the food and waiting and cleaning staff.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful friendly staff. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet at night. We found out when we got there it was their Independence Day celebrations over the weekend. The only downside for us was the building work going on by the nearest beach. Not far to walk to the other end where it was busier. The pool was lovely although it could do with a hand rail to get down the steps into the pool. Food was delicious 😋

Beautiful pool and view of pool. Beds are not very comfortable. Shower hose doesn’t work only ceiling shower head but water goes out all over the bathroom floor. Very quiet and peaceful here.

We have stayed at Coco Palm four years running and the hotel has become our home away from home. Coco Palm is a small boutique hotel that is situated in the heart of Rodney Bay Village and is walking distance to the beach, local supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Marina. The rooms are large and airy with a large bathroom, if you want a quieter room, opt for the garden view, but we prefer the pool view and don't mind if it gets a bit noisy on the weekends. The restaurant, Ti Bananne, breakfast is buffet style; the lunch and dinner menus have a wide selection. The food is consistently good using local flavours at all meals. There is a bar off of the restaurant and the cocktails are really great. The staff make the hotel and the friendly atomosphere, they are all excellent at their jobs, the rooms are clean, the pool and grounds are kept clean, the staff are always cheerful and do a great job of seeing to everyone's needs. Can't wait to return.

When my husband and I were searching for a hotel for our 5-day getaway, we knew we did not want to stay at one of the "all inclusive" resorts, since we knew we would not be spending much time at the hotel. And we didn't want to spend a huge amount for a beachfront resort. Coco Palm was exactly what we wanted. It's located in the lively Rodney Bay Village, with lots of good restaurants and bars. The price of our room was reasonable; it was only a 5–10-minute walk to a nice beach; the grounds were surprisingly luxurious, with a large beautiful pool, lounge, chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and a poolside bar. The staff at the front desk was always very pleasant and helpful. And we really appreciated the hotel restaurant. It's an inviting, open-air building, rather upscale, with delicious food. At dinner, there was even really good live music. A delicious free breakfast buffet was included every morning. The hotel room that we booked was on the first floor, with garden view rather than pool view. It was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed lounging on our private patio. If we ever return to St. Lucia, we would stay here again.

Our Two nights at coco palm were amazing From the front desk ladies to the service at the bar and restaurant, everyone were awesome and they didn’t treat us any differently (note well we are locals) Big shout at to our bartenders - Megal, Bryan and Gernil Not forget the great service from Garnette the supervisors both at the bar and restaurant.Highly recommend

We loved our 2 weeks at Coco Palm resort The staff were very friendly and polite at all times The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean We had clean towels everyday The pool area and outside area were also kept tidy and clean The food was also exceptional and quite a choice

Overall I had a good experience. Good food nice intimate setting Lovely staff with a few exceptions. My only concern (major) was the mosquitoes in the room. The balcony door remained closed the entire stay but some how they were a lot them in the room which made sleeping very stressful. I want to take the time to thank the staff that really made my stay comfortable. (1) Garfield night shift manager he was very welcoming and had a wonderful attitude and quite the comedian. (2) Natasha restaurant night supervisor exceptional every night went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was always amazing. Sadly I encountered 1 bad egg Samantha from the morning dining surprisingly she is a supervisor. She could use some re training in hospitality. Her attitude towards me was disgraceful. Really takes away from the beautiful experience and the vision of excellence and the standards that the hotel strives to maintain everyday.
