Coco Palm

We travelled to Coco Palm from Canada for two weeks this year. 4 kids and 4 adults. Communication before our arrival was fast and efficient, always clear and helpful. Upon arrival our family was treated exceptionally well, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, the food consistently DELICIOUS! Chef Nigel made a point to speak to us directly several times which was a lovely gesture. Vernessa and Natasha made us feel so special with small touches like tea prepared for my parents , our special table set each day, local fruit offered. the bar staff were amazing. They all treated my children with respect and consideration. I would highly recommend to anyone. Solo travellers and families alike.

The room was nice and housekeeping was wonderful and pleasant ..Any requests were taken care off straight away..The concierge was amazing and helpful...They lost two stars because of the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. The food for dinner was mediocre and not fresh in my opinion...My Mahi Mahi was like it had been cooked and reheated and was dry and boring and my wife meal tasteless . The service was so unfriendly and I think the staff did not know they work in hospitality and customer service is very important. Asked one server for lime and she said she would be back but ten minutes later she was till on her phone in other room ...Breakfast same no customer service asked for bananas on Island that grows bananas and she said no. So u lost two stars for that part (Restaurant)

We spent 7 days at Coco- Palm early in February and we're making plans to return next year. Our swim-up room had 2 very comfortable beds, a mini fridge, ample closet storage, and a massive TV. The hotel is located in the centre of Rodney Bay and that makes it very easy to go shopping and dining. It's also just a short walk to Reduit Beach. Very convenient! The room was serviced daily and the hotel common areas were very well maintained. The vibe of the hotel is very friendly and relaxing which helped make our stay even better. Buffet breakfast at Ti Banane was included with our stay which added to the value.

I stayed here for a week with my mum in February 2026, with an all inclusive package. The hotel is small and quiet and set in a somewhat underwhelming village. Whilst Reduit beach is only a 5 minute walk away, the reality is you need to walk another 10 minutes along to beach to find a decent spot to settle. We found it too crowded and so didn't use the beach besides one afternoon walk. The sunloungers around the pool were all taken by mid morning, be mindful that those closest to the rooms don't get the sun, neither do the swim up rooms so I wouldn't waste your money on those. The loungers in the pool are comfy and can be repositioned. We had a pool view twin room (with two double beds), on the second floor, which was lovely, spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was plentiful with a buffet breakfast and two courses for lunch and three for dinner. The food was so rich and portions so huge that we could never manage more than one or two courses. I have reviewed the restaurant, Ti Bananne, separately. There were plenty of staff, most of whom were helpful, we did find a couple of waiting staff quite miserable though, which is not what you want when you're on holiday! The music was also very repetitive (when you could hear it), and there seemed to be a lot of people celebrating their birthdays at the restaurant, we heard Stevie Wonder at least three times a day! There was no spare room to shower after check out, which meant those of us with 10pm flights back to London were showering around the pool, which was not ideal. We also didn't manage to catch a sunset due to the positioning of the hotel. When we asked staff about entertainment, they said there was entertainment on selected nights but they couldn't say when! We were there for Valentine's Day, when they did have live singers. They bizarrely took time to erect a stage but the didn't have any lighting for the band, which seemed a little disrespectful and meant we couldn't really see them! During a 7 day stay, there was only entertainment on the Friday and Saturday. Overall, a lovely hotel if you're after peace and quiet, a decent night's sleep and good food.

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are comfortabel and clean. The pool is excellent with enough space for everyone. The hammocks are a nice extra. The restaurant offers a wide selection and everything is fresh. The Caesar salad with shrimp is delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They really make everyone feel at home and assist with booking excursions. Special thanks to Martin, front Office, and Tatiana from Ti Banana for making this an unforgettable vacation.

We enjoyed our visit to Coco Palm staff was very helpful. Garfield was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The resort is very close to shopping and great restaurants. The only negative is our room was on the garden side of property and you could hear dogs barking at night.

This was a great hotel for our purposes. The location is ideal; it’s near the strip so you get access to the malls and shops nearby, it’s also near to a beach and easy to access by taxi. The staff was helpful and friendly, buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the pool service was also great. There’s an elevator in the event that your party has mobility issues and the rooms are a decent size as well as the housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping them clean.

We had a great time at the Coco Palm hotel in Rodney Bay. It is situated in a great location with supermarkets, restaurants and duty free shops in a 5-10 walking distance. We had a particularly good deal with British Airways, which included lunch and local drinks in addition to breakfast. Special thanks to Carleen in reception who provided local information and all the staff in the restaurant and bar, who were very helpful and provided great service. The hotel is a good base to travel to the Friday street party in Gros Islet and Castries, both reachable by the local bus, 1A. For Pigeon Island and Fort Rodney, it's a 12 min drive in a taxi. We got an Allez car, like Uber, for approx $38ECD. Other taxis quoted $50 ECD. Great holiday and well looked after by staff

If you’re looking for a calm resort with clean, well-maintained rooms, this may not be the right choice. There were drunk guests singing by the pool at 2 p.m., with little consideration for those wanting a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The hallways were also very loud, even after 10 p.m., with both guests and staff making noise. Room service was disappointing. I noticed my makeup still on the pillow and asked housekeeping if the bedding had been changed. The cleaner showed me her checklist and said it had, but when I pointed out the sheets, she acknowledged it and said she would change them.

Came back from coco palm resort a week last Friday. We had a wonderful stay there for a week . The hotel is not too large and with very friendly staff in reception(sherniah and team) , dining area (sam , tatiana and team)and pool area(Kryshane and team), it was always lovely to be greeted with a smile. Our rooms faced the garden and were clean and bright. Bathroom could do with some work but fine. Restaurant , bar area and pool were wonderful. The restaurant menu could do with a change once a week but was still very good with good quality food. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach was the icing on the cake So in summary we really enjoyed the hotel and location and so had a great week.
