"Al-A-Carte experience"

8.0

This is for the Pelagos restaurant. Food was good. Lamb chops overcooked. Service was a little slow (waiters clearing plates etc) lady sat next to us had to get our plates for ours and their Salads. Cheesecake still frozen in centre, not sure if it was meant to be.

"A gorgeous family holiday"

10.0

Absolutely gorgeous holiday We upgraded to the lagoon area which is highly recommended if you can (well worth the money) it totally changed our holiday for the better. Most staff were friendly and helpful - a few problems with reception staff who we found rude and unhelpful at times but we didn't let it spoil our stay. I would definitely return in the future.

"Club Tuana = Home"

10.0

Club Tuana isn’t just a hotel, it’s truly a second home. I’ve visited five times in the past two years, and I’m already counting down the days until visit number six (and beyond!). Every time I return, it feels like I’m coming back to family. This isn’t just a holiday destination it’s a community where friendships are made, memories are created, and every moment feels special. Whether you’re sunbathing by the pool, dancing the night away at the disco, or chatting small talk over dinner with someone random, you’ll always find a connection here. This hotel is perfect for everyone, families, couples, kids, and even solo travelers. And honestly, you’ll never really feel “solo” here because there’s always someone to talk to, laugh with, and to share a moment. A huge shoutout to the amazing team who make every stay unforgettable, especially the bar manager/supervisor Mehmet, who always makes me feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. Also, big thanks to Kadir, Yousef, and Curly Mehmet for the great chats, the laughter, and of course, the legendary cappuccinooooo for my dad! We can’t forget about the Entertainment Team especially Anastasia & Adem who make everything run as smooth as possible throughout your stay! and of course Azer the best DJ in the house! This place has my heart my second family. Can’t wait to be “home” again soon. ❤️

"Overall experiance in October"

8.0

Lovely room nice decor roomy, requested a ground floor and when we arrived they managed to find a twin room. We were a little cold so used the blankets in the cupboard. Asked for 2 more pillows and they were provided straight away. Not much hanging space and only 4 hangers each. So most of our clothes were on the shelves. Bar food wasnt to my liking, ok if you want burgers pitza chips etc. The resteraunt served a good variety but sometimes the food wasnt very warm, so we used the microwave to heat the food. Very busy in October and a bit manic at times having to queue quite a while for food. The soups were tasty and salad selections plenty. We were a party of 6 so sometimes found it difficult to find a table. No service at the tables fully self service, which meant we had to jump up for food and drinks. Being used to a smaller hotel in olu deniz i found some staff looked fed up and some were brusque and rude especially the bar where the snack bar was. The pier was great and away from the noise during the day. The huts to hire were £55 per day with a fruit and drinks package included. Also drinks were supposed to be offered regularly but we only saw2-3 times staff came to take orders. There was a dolmus to use at just under £2 each way not far from the hotel barrier it took approx 45-50 minutes to get to fethiye mosque in the town centre. We booked a boat trip in the port and paid extra for transfers £23 per person. Shop around and barter. You get lunch included. Very expensive drinks ice creams on board. Photographer costly too on board. We went on to olu deniz from the mosque bus stop approx 35 mins which was worth a visit. Water sports very expensive. Entertainment good but only lasted an hour at most. No where local to shop had to go on a dolmus to fethiye each time we wanted to shop.overall would try there again but maybe May or June.

"Great hotel, NOT for vegetarians."

8.0

We visited in September 2025 as a family of three, with a 3 year old, staying in a ground floor swim up room in the lagoon area. We absolutely loved the room and the access to the pool, it made life with a young child so much easier. The swim up rooms have a small shallow area in which our son could paddle around in while we were sat with him or stood in the deeper area. The swim up rooms had a really nice feel of privacy despite it being a shared pool, it never felt like you were crowded. The lagoon area in general was really nice, the staff were exceptional and there was a range of sandwiches, pastries, coffees (including ice coffees) and cocktails on offer that weren't in other areas of the hotel. The whole hotel was kept clean and the grounds were beautiful. Our son really enjoyed the ponds with the fish and frogs, as well as the area with birds, lizards etc. The main negative for us was the food. We are vegetarians, so are used to being a bit more limited however it did become a serious problem for us. The main restaurant advertises a vegan section but this was predominantly steamed vegetables (and bizarre ones at that). Most nights we could pull something together that resembled a meal, but it took several laps of a busy restaurant to figure out what that would be. The a la carter restaurants were not an option. They were set menus and the main always included meat. I asked at the entrance of the Mediterranean restaurant if they could accommodate us as vegetarians and the answer was "no, it's a set menu. No vegetarian". This was incredibly disappointing as I believe you are paying for the a la carte as part of the package. All in all, a lovely hotel, but food is restrictive. We would genuinely consider returning next year, if only we had some guarantee we'd be fed better.

"8th time visiting club tuana!"

10.0

8th time at Club Tuana for me and it never fails to feel like home away from home! My favourite hotel in Turkey by far. The hotel has amazing facilities, food is great, the staff can’t do enough for you and the entertainment team are amazing. An extra special thank you to Leyla at kids club for making my daughter Wynter so happy and comfortable and always going above and beyond making her time that much more enjoyable, she really did have such a special bond with you and also to Ahmet who really is amazing at his job. The team as a whole are incredible but these 2 really did make our time as a family that much more amazing. I can’t recommend Tuana enough to anybody thinking of booking, we already can’t wait to return!

"Have already booked for next year!"

10.0

We recently returned from a 7-night stay at Club Tuana, and I can honestly say it’s one of—if not the—best 4-star hotels I’ve ever stayed in. In fact, we were so impressed that we’ve already booked again for next year! Below is a summary of what stood out, as well as a few areas that could be improved. I also shared most of this feedback directly with the hotel. ⸻ The Positives Cleanliness This hotel is spotless. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day (you could even smell the bleach), and the pool areas were regularly tidied throughout the day. Grounds The hotel grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. Gardeners are constantly at work, and the abundance of flowers, trees, and greenery creates a stunning environment. Gym The gym is modern and exceptionally well-equipped — easily the best I’ve used at a hotel. My only suggestion would be to add another bench, but otherwise, it’s excellent. Lagoon Area The Lagoon area feels like an exclusive, ultra-modern section of the hotel. Even though it’s technically for Lagoon guests, you can still grab food or drinks there, and the quality seems a notch higher. We’ve already booked this area for our next stay! Spa We booked a couples’ hammam (30 mins) and massage (60 mins) for £120 and were extremely impressed. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Staff The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem happy to work there. One employee mentioned that the owner looks after them well — and it really shows in the atmosphere throughout the hotel. Kids Club Our daughter loved the kids club and went regularly. The staff were great and made her feel right at home. ⸻ Areas for Improvement Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi can be patchy, and it doesn’t remember your login details, so you have to keep logging back in. Dinner Seating During busy times (around 7–8 pm), finding a table at dinner can be difficult. It would help if staff assigned tables rather than guests having to search for one. Evening Children’s Animation The kids’ evening entertainment was quite repetitive. Also, children are only invited on stage if you buy the item they created earlier in the kids club — which felt a bit like a money grab. À la Carte Restaurants Families with young children may find the à la carte options limiting. Menus are set, and the Asian restaurant is adults-only (16+). We skipped these as there weren’t enough choices for kids. Drinks There’s a wide range of drinks, but cocktails are often too sweet and syrupy. The fruit juices are diluted, and freshly squeezed juice costs €5 — which feels a bit unfair given it’s an all-inclusive resort. Park Family Room We paid around £400 extra for the Park Family Room. While it offered more space and an adjoining room, it felt dated, the bed was small and firm, and after seeing the Club Deluxe and Lagoon rooms, we wished we’d upgraded further. Pool Temperature The pool was quite cold, which discouraged our kids from spending much time in it. ⸻ Final Thoughts Despite a few areas for improvement, Club Tuana stands out as the best 4-star hotel we’ve experienced. You can clearly see that management cares about the property and guest satisfaction. We’re already counting down the days until we return next October for more sunshine and another fantastic stay! ☀️

"Love this place but changes are well overdue"

8.0

Came here last year with the family and 2 grandchildren, staying Parkside. It needs refurbishing desperately. This year just my wife and I, Parkside. This is a beautiful spot, own pool bar, snack bar, plenty of sun beds and quiet. It’s a well established gardens, Colonial style apartments make it somewhere special. The decor inside is typical old Turkey, its tired, it’s a mess, its cries out for refurbishment, broken tiles, hard beds, mastic everywhere in the bathroom, it’s not good for the price paid, but you know, it’s a great position, beautiful area, they need to expand on it. It’s ideal for people who like everything on the same level, easy on the legs and those with disabilities. It’s a couple minute walk to the rest of the resort, which is again well kept and gardens beautifully maintained. The big pool area is ok for families, if you can put up with the pounding boom, boom, boom music all day long. Seems to be plenty of sunbeds, obviously some reserved early on, a trait, all countrymen world wide adopt these days. For us the Parkside area was more relaxed and quieter. Beach is stony and a coarse dark sand, we took some cheap beach shoes which were ideal, especially on the hot sand, the sea the time of year was so warm, despite the rain storms on arrival and our first real day. Rented a Cabana on the beach (11) it’s so relaxing and makes you feel a million dollars, orders taken for drinks in the morning, just the once though, could of stepped that up a bit. Served up with a fruit platter and bottle of sparkly wine in an ice bucket about 2pm, the cocktail bars a few steps away as was the big bar and snacks. Main restaurant: It’s a buffet, it’s there everyday, so why put something of each on ya plate then complain it’s boring. The food is of good quality, the salads are amazing, so usually had a starters, just restaurant size, then the main and a selection of desserts. The themed nights were brilliant, but don’t be a pig and cram it all on your plate, make out you are going out a meal and pick out what you would want, I found it much better that way. The breads, Pides and Pizzas are freshly cooked and simply the best. Breakfast, much the same, so much to choose from and you can get stuff freshly cooked, good choices of breads, fruits and salads, though was disappointed, no kiwi, dates or prunes. Evening entertainment, wasn’t on our list, but for the kids show, they love it. Adult stuff,a bit same as last year, repetitive. The bars were running down on certain drinks coming to the end of the season, even though the place was fully booked, saw someone getting the last of Captain Morgan’s Spiced rum, gutted. Staff: cleaning staff done a great job, even though Parkside was less than complementary on decor, bar staff and dinning room staff were excellent ( you always get the odd sour faced one) but overall happy lot. Our biggest disappointment : our leaving time was at 5pm, we had to check out of our room by twelve midday, so obviously, we like to enjoy the sun and facilities right up to the last minute. We couldn’t get an extension on our room or pay for another room so we couldn’t get showered and changed. Our cases were in a stowaway room, so had to get our change of clothes and toiletries and use the spa showers, these are communal for either men or women, there is no privacy for men or especially women, unacceptable. My wife just washed in the toilets and got changed, hardly the ideal scenario ladies want to be faced with. Just a lockable space for privacy, with a toilet, shower and changing facility would be ideal. Conclusion: Would I come back? not until Parkside sees some much needed refurbishment, I prefer being away from the noise and enjoy the nice stroll to the rest of the resort. The rest of the resort is ideal for families and is updated. Food for us was ideal, good choices, atmosphere is restful or active depending on your preferences
