"Great hotel….bad nightlife."

8.0

The good - great weather. Food was mostly delicious. Staff were friendly. The pier and beach bar are great. Unlimited drinks at the bar, as many as you want per bar visit. The pool has music during the day. The bad - Nightlife absolutely dies at 10pm and there is nowhere outside the hotel to go since it’s in the middle of nowhere. Entertainment stops at about 10pm. There is an onsite little nightclub but nobody goes to it. The main bar is open 24h and has zero music or entertainment in it after 10pm also. Some of the hotel entertainment isn’t great also. One night just had some obscure football on, another had us guessing celeb pics. Not enough staff in the cocktail bar. Breakfast isn’t great, sausages were cheap frankfurters. There is only one bar with TV’s and if you want to sit and watching the football at it, you have to pay for drinks as it’s independent from the rest of the resort, which is all inclusive. Ridiculous

"Good hotel"

10.0

We just came back from Tuana. Good hotel , I was concerned after few reviews I read but all was good. We had a great time. Food was good and good entertainment. Great time playing darts with Sadam. The only negative from our side is that games was overlapping so we had to choose what we played. I would go back. We stayed in deluxe room we been very close to all.

"October holiday with family and 16 year old"

6.0

We stayed in swim up rooms . These were the best part of the holiday / stay. Came with 16 year old and 3 adults . We booked two rooms and were not together even though it was same booking which wasn’t great but we managed. Swim up rooms was lovely , bar lovely and drinks better . Could get snacks which were 100%. The rest of the hotel looked tired .. dining experience was awful. Tables dirty and not cleared away promptly . Unable to find tables and it appeared chaotic . The beach was lovely , nice pier to walk out to . I would day it depends on what you want and what makes you happy . My 16 year old loved it ( met lots of kids his age and the disco / nightclub was a hit ) . For us it was not a hotel i would visit again for lots of reasons . If you are going get a swim up .. however anyone can walk in and use it and does which is a little frustrating when you have paid extra for this !

"Holiday review"

8.0

We've been back a week now and I thought I would give our opinion on this hotel. Firstly its a beautiful hotel, the grounds are well looked after and the views are stunning. Food in the main buffet restaurant was varied and plentiful. Never ate the same thing twice in the 2 weeks we were there. We found some people absolutely loading their plates and wasting so much. Even taking full plates away, obviously for midnight snacks. Snack bar was very repetative and got rather boring after a few days. Sunbed situation was same as everywhere, people looking for shady spots in the afternoon heat. Our patience wore thin when one day, 6 beds were taken up and nobody on them by 2pm. So we removed towels and gave someone else the chance of them. Staff should keep an eye on that situation. A few things we didn't like were, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, therefore cant walk anywhere. Its a 'no band' hotel. One day a load of men and boys turned up and were all jumping in the pool aggresively, never checked by the lifeguard. We suspect they came from the caravan park further along the beach. Not challenged, yet my hubby was when he came up from the pier. The ice cream counter is too far away from main pool, wouldn't feel comfortable letting children out of site to get a cone. Entertainment around the pool was very lame. Darts, football, yoga. Again, very dreary. Other hotels we've been too, the animation team are in the pool with inflatable assault courses, surf boards etc. encouraging people to join in. Not even a pool party. Our bathroom in our room was never cleaned until 2nd last day. We shouldn't have felt the need to ask them to do this. Evening entertainment in the ampitheatre was fantastic. Something different every night. We really enjoyed our stay here, very relaxing, but we would probably try somewhere different next year.

"Excellent apart from poorly maintained rooms."

8.0

Friendly staff, fantastic food with lots of choice, stunning gardens, excellent fitness facilities, particularly the gym and yoga area. HOWEVER, the rooms are tired, dark and poorly maintained. Our room in the Park area had several cracked wall and floor tiles, extremely rough grouting and cracked sanitary ware. Definitely a potential health hazard and others we spoke to agreed. NOT anywhere near 5 star.

"Fantastic Holiday yet AGAIN !"

10.0

Just back from our 5th visit to Club Tuana ! Another amazing week in the stunning grounds of this resort. The staff are all Fantastic! From the restaurant to the bars. They cannot help you enough, there was a couple of staff who couldn't be bothered, but you get that anywhere! Grounds are always well mentained and clean. We had a Club Deluxe room, which was spacious, clean and balcony big enough for 2 of us to sit out on. Meal times where hectic, but you have all holiday makers wanting to be fed so they could enjoy the rest of the night. Food was good, there was always plenty of choice, even for the fussiest of eaters, theme nights, always good choice. Food could be luke warm sometimes, but depending what time you went to eat would have been the issue. People skipping was an issue but again you get that back home. We didn't do the Olive Tree or Ristorante as its been the same menu for the 3rd year, we don't like fish and the Roka had avocado (don't like) on most dishes, which i thought would have been a waste for us. As being non-smokers, i do think there should be designated areas and no smoking in snack bar or eating areas. Didn't have any problems with reception on arrival or with the WIFI. Our only proper moan is that the slushi bar wasn't there!! It has been replaced by a coffee cafe instead, which you can get from anywhere in the hotel !! A big shout out to The Mehmets's, Anastasia, Saliha, Ahmet ! Another FANTASTIC HOLIDAY! See you's next year guys ! <3

"Relaxation and Entertainment All in One Place"

10.0

I stayed at this hotel for the first time on my own, after always traveling with family or a partner before. It was also my very first solo All-Inclusive experience – and it couldn’t have been better! What I loved most was the variety of activities, especially the sports and fitness options that kept me moving and energized. At the same time, if I just wanted to relax, it was easy to simply enjoy the sun and rest. The Entertainment team deserves a special mention – everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I’d especially like to thank Olya and Sadam for making my stay so much more fun and memorable. The food was always delicious, the evening shows were entertaining and creative, and everything around the hotel was spotless with great attention to detail. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether you’re traveling with others or, like me, enjoying a solo trip.

"Good resort and family holiday"

6.0

We stayed at Club Tuana for 14 nights and had a good time overall, it is very family friendly and definitely a place the children will love. I would give it a 3.5/5 (good). *I must note that the rating for this hotel would have been a 2 or lower if we had of remained in the standard park rooms which were bad based on the money we paid. The first night we arrived (party of 7 including infant)  we were offered an apartment which could accommodate 7 people. The general consensus amongst us was that we wanted our own rooms and privacy so decided to stick with the standard rooms we had initially booked, however we instantly regretted our decision as soon as we saw the standard park rooms. Luckily we were able to still opt for the apartment which ended up working out well in the end. I know people spend limited time in the rooms while on holiday so some people may not mind this, however we did care and believe you should get what you pay for (and the holiday wasn’t cheap). The standard park rooms we were given didn’t look anything like the photos. They were very small, quite dated, a 2-3 minute walk from the main hotel and the A/C really wasn’t good, it was almost like a fan just blowing hot air around the room. That being said we were fortunate to be offered an apartment and snatched at it. The reason I’m even mentioning the standard rooms is because if you’re not so lucky, you will likely remain here your entire holiday which would have negatively impacted the holiday and scoring respectively. Please see below summary of pros and cons as well as some tips for anyone looking to stay here: Pros -The resort is really well kept and very clean -There is a variety of pools and small aqua parks including the main pool with a swim up bar, small kids pool (beside the main pool) with a slide, a kids aqua park, adult / older children aqua park (3 slides) and then you have the option of the sea as the resort has a private beach with pier -There is a good gym for those like myself who look to alleviate the impact of an all inclusive holiday around the waist -Plenty of activities throughout the day for adults and children. If you do book here there is a chart at the towel station with each activity and times; we didn't realise this until our first week into the holiday. The staff do walk around and let people know about the upcoming activities however its easy to miss them or not hear them hence why we never really knew about the activities the first week. -The kids club is amazing, they are very good with the kids and keep them well occupied. Our son was only 3 at the time of our stay so we had to supervise him while he attended so only went on certain days and he loved it. Kids aged 4 and above can be dropped off and stay there all day at a cost so you can get some much needed break from the kids lol -Food is outstanding, I really couldn't find a fault with it. There are so many options from the main restaurant buffet to the 4 al a cart restaurants you can book into via the app, the latter are set menus for each and the same everyday I believe, however the buffet and snack bar tends to change most days for certain themes -Staff were generally quite pleasant except for a few, generally the service was good around the resort and they were friendly -Mall complex with pretty much all the essentials including shops, spa, smoothie station, games / amusement area, toilets, TV showing the main football fixtures and other sports etc. The mall pricing for certain shops will be mentioned in the cons below, however think its worth mentioning the services located here as a pro because you will never really be stuck for the essentials even if it is at a higher cost -The evening entertainment is good, there are a variety of shows with the odd bingo and quiz nights, we regularly attended the main theatre for the entertainment after dinner. They also do a kids disco at 8:30pm followed by a kids club reward ceremony, our son came first in some of the activities and got called up to stage and awarded with a lolly and a diploma so its a nice touch -They have plenty of water stocked in fridges around the resort so you can help yourself during the day and evening Cons: -The cocktails are not mixed well at all, they are too strong to the point that they are undrinkable except for a few i.e. Malibu sunrise which seemed to be the only one we could enjoy -WIFI is shocking and always makes you sign back in using your passport number pretty much every time it disconnects. I know you're on holiday and its good to get a detox from the phone which is a bit of a pro but it can be quite annoying when you have kids that want to unwind during parts of the day and watch their programmes on the phone / iPad -The cost for some of the items in the retail shop, sports shop and bag shop are an extortionate compared to what you would pay in Fethiye town or even the shop just outside the resort. You can haggle to some degree for the clothes and bags however the grocery shop doesn't budge on anything -The standard room (full details mentioned above) -The beds are horrendous, I honestly don't think we got a single decent nights sleep, they're so hard its like laying on the ground -There are photographers that walk round the pool and resort offering to take photos of you and your family. The photos are very good and my son got a few amazing photos with a parrot, when I went up to see the photos and enquire about payment I was told each photo is 10 euro, needless to say I was taken back by that and did state that was an extortionate amount however they said that was the price. I purchased four photos due to the pressure of the other half and feeling bad as when will my son ever get a photo with a parrot again so 40 euro later I have digital and 4 13 x 8 photos. Btw its the same price if you want digital copies only Tips for future stayers: -There is a shop outside of the resort; please make sure you go here. Do not go near the main shop in the resort mall, they just charge silly prices i.e. 40 euro for a pizza laylow -As mentioned above, check out the chart at the towel station beside the kids pool to see the schedule of activities -The towel station also offers sports equipment to play table tennis, basketball, tennis etc, there are courts at the other end of the resort -Download the resort app, this is helpful and allows you to book into the restaurants etc -You get ate alive here by insects, I don't know what it is that bites you but you can feel it and it leaves a mark. This is the first time I have been chewed to pieces like this so stock up on insect repellent -Go through your travel provider (they have reps on site on certain days in the main mall area) to book excursions and Turkish baths etc, they offer a much more competitive rate and also explain everything to you that's include and do all the booking so you don't have to worry about he language barrier
