Club Tuana Fethiye

How is this acceptable?! This resort is 5 * yet the Park rooms aren’t even the standard of a 2 * resort. They are quite frankly unliveable and a hazard and SHOULD NOT be sold until they are refurbished! Firstly they are such a far walk from the main resort, which isn’t ideal when you are travelling with kids. The room is on the first floor with no lifts and as a solo parent there is no way of getting the pushchair up to the bedroom, if the baby falls asleep in the day I can’t go back to the room. The room is dirty, damp, mouldy with broken fixtures everywhere. It’s honestly a safety hazard. The shower doesn’t work it completely drowns the whole bathroom every time we go to use it, the fridge leaks water all over the floor which makes it a huge hazard as one of my children skipped. The room has so much damp and mould, the windows stream with water every evening and morning, my youngest has had an awful chest ever since we have been here. The management have been so unhelpful and rude towards us, we had rang previously and told we could upgrade on check in no problem. That wasn’t the case. I couldn’t really care what the room looks like but this room is really unsafe and a disgrace, you would stay in better hostels.

We came here with my family and friends last week in October 2025. The hotel is nice and big, food was good the weather great too. We also did some water sports activities and the highlight of our holiday was the speed boat trip. We saw great places and the captain was so professional. The family who runs the water sports is very kind and Nataly was very helpful. Thanks!

Where do we start with reviewing this hotel. From the welcome at check in, to our amazement to seeing our Swim Up Room, we were stunned. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none, the staff are constantly on the go and never miss a step. Constant entertainment, food & drink galore with coffee points, bars, pool and the beach all within a stones throw from each other! I never come back to the same place but this may have to be the exception. Totally the best place I've stayed in a while! A massive thank you to the staff who are a credit to the hotel!

Facilities great. Food was really good. Lots of variety and had special areas for dietary needs etc. Staff were great and captured everyone’s attention whilst we had several days of heavy rain. Staff ensured safety of everyone and kept the holiday atmosphere through some challenging weather conditions. Last time there 9 years ago. Lots of changes but still really good.

Our last day at Tuana and we are gutted to be leaving. What an absolutely beautiful place! The grounds and gardens are kept immaculate, you can walk right or cycle around the whole place and you never feel like your stuck on the complex. Unfortunately it rained 3 days, one of the days being a wild storm! The days it was sunny was amazing,there's so much going on around the pool and so many activities for the kids to take part in. My 15 year old daughter loved the air rifle and archery and my 11 year old son got involved with playing football. It can get a bit noisy around the pool with the music being a bit loud but that was fine, there is a lovely beach bar you can escape to for a little while with a book, literally a stones throw from the main pool with bean bags and views out to the med. That was my favourite chill out place for an hour or two! The food was outstanding, the best I have ever had at an all inclusive,, and I've been to quite a few! There was so much choice and variety and many themed nights, also the food was very high standard and tasty. I would love to return but there's just a couple of little things I would perhaps change. I would ask to move as far away as possible from the main complex as the disco is very loud and doesn't finish until 2am and it's like banging music too! So if you are a light sleeper like myself then this might pose a problem. And ear plugs didn't work either! Lastly would ask if we could have a top apt as we had the usual problems of young girls coming in their room at 3am , scraping furniture at all hours and being mega noisy, however that's not something that ruined my holiday and I have to remember I was probably just as bad at that age! We are now off for a week to the orka sunlife but my daughter wants to stay here!! If you are reading this and havent booked it yet, then get it booked, you will an amazing time !! Xx

We were very kindly upgraded to a 2 bed club side room on arrival and after staying in this area I wouldn’t book park again if we did decide to return as the complex is very large and adding an extra 5 or so mins to the walk to get around wouldn’t have been ideal. Rooms were nice but basic and a little rough around the edges. Plenty of mirrors, plug sockets etc. and it was a true 2 bed 2 bath which was perfect for 5 adults. No lifts but luggage is dropped off and collected for you. Food is standard AI. Lots of choice, not the highest of quality but you most definitely can’t go hungry. Drinks we didn’t struggle with, all were nice that we tasted including the cocktails and we preferred the local spirits. The 24hr bar is the best I have experienced at an AI, it’s bright and has a lovely atmosphere (I usually find them quite soulless!) The party on the beach was one of our best days and we wish we could have done it again! The pool area is large and very clean and tidy, as are all of the grounds which are so well looked after. If you want a pool side bed you have to get up early but if not there are plenty to choose from. The Pavilions on the pier are FAB and we rented one twice, absolutely well worth the price and a real asset. Staff were all delightful and the app is brilliant to be able to ask quick questions. Overall I was incredibly impressed especially as the price point is significantly lesser than competitors in the area. I favoured Tuana over Jiva and although Liberty Fabay has the wow factor I didn’t rate it any higher as I found that to be lacking in some areas different to this (for example the bar areas which I preferred at Tuana). As a side note we happened to be there during a storm and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everyone safe and well looked after, they were incredible!

WOW …… WOW …. WOW We stayed in the lagoon area- room 1140 21st of September 14 Nights Entertainment team are all fantastic but the legends pictured made our sons holiday and need a special shout out , also the two spa men who took time out to chat with us every day Food- Amazing Drinks -Amazing Pools -Amazing Entertainment - Amazing Beach-Fantastic but need beach shoes Weather- one rainy day We are looking to come back already in May and we only got home yesterday :( Daily entertainment fantastic especially darts , and water polo, the sunset party brilliant and the other party nights I would highly recommend this hotel

Arrived at night, very friendly welcome and driven to our room. We had upgraded to delux room after seeing reviews of park rooms online. Honestly nothing delux about this room. The room was tatty, full of ants. The bed was also the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Aircon was good, fridge not restocked which is strange for an ultra all inclusive/delux room. Food was mostly very good. One bad experience of asking for a burger without cheese where the chef scraped the cheese off with his hand. Food poorly labelled again not great for allergies. They did have soya milk in restaurant at breakfast time which was good. Snack bar for lunch was also very good. Drinks at mealtimes, some staff offered to get you drinks most of the time we would go to the bar to get our own. Found staff to be quite rude. Was told no to a coke as he had no glasses, I asked for a beer glass instead and he was very rude. Plenty of water in the fridges to take back to your room. Drinks were ok, you can ask for branded so can easily get Jack Daniels etc however cocktails were awful! Not every bar did cocktails, Poseidon bar did but again standard poor. I walked to lagoon bar which is exclusive to lagoon guests just to get a decent drink. I’d avoid the iced coffee at poor bar, the milk sits in the sun all day and it made my husband quite unwell. Didn’t see the point of the coffee hut around the pool. No alt milks or flavoured teas as advertised. The hotel grounds are stunning and well maintained, the pool area was very clean. Easy to get a sun lounger, there were the usual sun bed hoggers that reserved loads of beds and disappeared all day but there was always room. Beach area clean, take beach shoes as shingle is sharp. Sea lovely and warm, although fish do like to nip lol Dolmus stops right outside the hotel if you want to explore. Shocked at how cheap the Dolmus was for a journey. Highly recommend a trip to Fethiye town and Babadag the views are stunning. Overall a lovely holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this hotel. It's clear that continued investment is a priority, with several impressive new additions since our last visit — including a kids’ club with water slides and a pool, a 3G football pitch for children, and a new restaurant, just to name a few. One of the most valuable additions, especially from a British perspective, has been Leyla in the kids’ club. While the entire kids' club team is fantastic, having a fellow Brit like Leyla made a real difference. Her presence helped create a more balanced and inclusive experience, particularly in contrast to our previous visit, which felt more heavily geared toward Russian guests. If there's one area that could be improved, it’s the inclusivity of the evening entertainment. The male and female MCs leading the nightly shows could make more of an effort to engage with the British audience, especially given the fairly even mix of Russian, German, and English guests. Overall, this hotel continues to impress. If you're considering booking, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in the Lagoon area and enjoyed our stay but I would be careful where you leave things in your room. We had a bag that was taken from our room that had car/house keys and wallet in it. We think it possibly was put in the bin by housekeeping but keep any valuables out of sight
