Older hotel that is starting to be reborn to its former glory, Pub is friendly with great staff and outdoor seating is the best. Great history where many celebrities stayed and fished like Bob Hope and John Wayne. Definitely will be back…

Beautiful surroundings and property. We had a family suite. Space was appropriate but rooms need to be freshened up. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. We stayed 1 night only and did not have time to use the facilities.

Room was not ready until an hour after the 4:00 check-in time. Housekeeping placed 2 fresh towels in the room after our first night, but removed 4. Towels were not hung, just left inside the door. Beds were not made, cups not cleaned and coffee not replenished.

This property is in a pleasant setting. It was surprising that there was no air conditioning. It became stuffy at night, especially in the loft area of the room. Some renovations and updates would greatly improve the rooms.
