Spring Hotel Bitácora

I will start with the positives Staff excellent and work mega hard all day Rooms very big and spacious /very little storage though Food lots of choice Everywhere is spotless Great location Negatives So so noisy , pool music blasting corridors really noisy till late rooms no sound proofing kids screaming and running up and down corridors at all hours Not enough staff anywhere Breakfast is a constant hunt and wait for bowls spoons glasses milk etc never enough and staff are hard to find All inclusive means queueing at machines to order snacks or drinks then more waiting until your order is ready , not a huge selection at snack bar either and again not enough staff Only 1 bar open during the day then that’s closed and one inside opens Entertainment is a half hour mini disco then a band Not nearly enough for kids considering it’s all inclusive Amusement arcade …. half the Machines take your money but don’t actually work Tv is just basic news channels not even a kids channel And possibly the worst thing Is there isn’t enough sunbeds so people are queuing from early on like 7.30 until pool is open to get a bed .. then it’s a dash to get a bed .. who wants to do that every day .. ridiculous wouldnt recommend this hotel as I don’t think it offers good value for money There must be some other places that are better in the area

We’ve had another fantastic stay at Spring Hotel Bitácora in Tenerife—this is our second year in a row, and it certainly won’t be our last! The hotel consistently delivers a brilliant experience from start to finish. The entire team is welcoming and hardworking, with special thanks to Racheal, Dog Man, and Will, who truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Their energy and friendliness really add something special to the holiday. The kids club is excellent—our children absolutely loved it. The staff are great with kids, keeping them entertained with a variety of fun activities, which gives parents a chance to relax and enjoy the holiday too. The hotel itself is always clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and very comfortable, making it easy to settle in and unwind. We also really enjoyed the all-inclusive package—there’s a great selection of food and drinks, and everything is well-organized and high quality. Overall, Spring Hotel Bitácora is a fantastic choice for families. We’ve made some amazing memories here over the past two years and are already looking forward to coming back again!

I will start this review by saying that I didn’t chose this hotel; thanks to a mix up booking and the travel company recommended this place. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and the rooms are nice. We really enjoyed the spa and it’s worth noting that it is for all ages. You have to pay for the spa, but we felt it was worth it. The slides and pool are nice but the 7.55 am spring for the sun loungers is absurd. My daughter watched a man nearly being knocked in the pool!! It also didn’t seem needed. The location is great, we loved walking to the beach and there are some cute shops and restaurants which serve great food. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, without exception. The entertainment crew were fab, and they made my daughters stay brilliant - and they made a real effort with my daughter’s birthday. What worried me before we went was that we didn’t want evening entertainment let alone something that was so full of little kids that it felt like a soft play on a rainy Saturday! It’s amazing for little ones but my teenagers struggled. They said that it seemed like everything was for under 12s or over 18s, which I think was fair. The food was problematic, we are not fussy eaters but we really struggled. Everything looks amazing, and tastes awful!! It’s all over cooked and dry and really bland. It was such a shame, but it was hard to find anything tasty and I’ve never wasted so much food in my life. There’s also limited snacks except burgers and chips which don’t seem like snacks to me. That was the huge downside for us. We ended up eating out as it was just bad. Loved the staff and location but it was let down by the food. I wouldn’t recommend all inclusive here.

Great entertainment from Will , dogman and Rachel

I really liked the atmosphere; the bingo, the music, all of the activities and the staff were really nice I would 100% come back here !! The rooms were simple but cosy and the beds were very comfy. The food was good loved the lunch (at the pool bar) everything was properly cooked but the breakfast was still good but the hash browns weren’t the best. My only complaint is that the waterslide exit pool was freezing which sadly pushed me slightly away from going on them! I did like the park - as I went there with my friends most days. It also has great opportunities of making friends. The staff were the best ( Rachel, will and Dogman ) !!

Absolutely fantastic entertainment team. Rachel, Dogman & Will were excellent. My 9 year old daughter loved them.

Perfect for kids, mine loved they stay :)

The food was not really good but thats just my taste
