Spring Hotel Bitácora

Stayed in 331 and it’s a big room but it’s the reason I gave 4 out of 5 as it’s a bit of a noisy room due mainly to the kids playground outside especially the basketball/football field as if like me u like a wee nap before dinner forget it lol Now I really like this hotel great quality hotel in great location We went HB plus and I must admit the food is amazing one of the best I been to also get wine and beer with dinner We did the UP! Experience for 2 days as we knew weather was going to be poor and highly recommend it all branded drinks even grey goose and Havana 7 in fact even if you go AI it’s all branded drinks So would I go back 100% but ask for high floor with pool view room

Stayed at this hotel with my daughter last September.. gorgeous hotel..room was very spacious and cleaned daily..we had an amazing view of the resort and a very high floor (8th) which we asked for and loved it ..beds were comfy and the shower was brilliant! Balcony is a little odd shape but we didn’t really sit out on it much. Not much storage space for clothes and it was open plan so could feel a little messy at times not being able to close a door on it. Food was good. I usually found something at night (we were half board) and had the pancakes for breakfast with coffee which you could get from a machine or stand in a big queue and get the barista man to make different coffees for you..(only did this once due to the long queue) desserts were really nice but the soft drinks I had to purchase at dinner were quite expensive and not very big. Entertainment for us was hit and miss so we tended to go out at night although we did love the White Party Night! Massive pool area and my only gripe was there is an adult only corner and people kept bringing there babies and sitting there which was a little annoying if I wanted to relax or take a nap as they kept crying..wouldn’t mind but the whole huge rest of the pool area was there for them to sit at and it was expensive if I wanted to use the roof terrace adult only area which in my opinion should be available for free as I paid a lot of money to stay here compared to other hotels which allow you to use their roof terrace for free (actually this is the most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed at) all in all it is a good hotel but not sure I got what I paid for really so probably back to more budget friendly hotels for me

Overall, the hotel is good — a solid 4-star experience. Thank you for providing a room with a bathtub as we had requested in advance; we really appreciated that. However, there are a few downsides worth mentioning. The beds are a big issue. We had read in many reviews that they were uncomfortable, and unfortunately it is true. It is almost impossible to sleep because the beds keep moving apart, even when the brakes are applied. The staff were generally friendly, but there were some situations where we didn’t fully understand each other. For example, at the pool bar we were not given the full menu, even though it actually exists. There are tasty chicken wings on the menu, but in order to see it and order them, I had to spend quite a long time explaining what I wanted. A very big downside is that the all-inclusive program does not work after 12:00 on the day of check-out. In many other hotels we have stayed at, the all-inclusive service remained available until departure time. This felt very unusual and disappointing. The children’s playground is excellent. However, the music at the kids’ disco is extremely loud — really too loud for children. The cocktails were not very good; the alcohol taste felt the same in most drinks. On the positive side, the buffet is quite varied for a 4-star hotel, which was nice. The honey at breakfast deserves a special mention — thank you for that! Another small inconvenience: towels require a €10 deposit, but this information was not clearly provided in advance. Additionally, we had to pay extra fees from our bank to cover this deposit, which was unexpected. Overall, a good stay with some areas that could definitely be improved.
