Fékk matareitrun sem starfsfólk taldi mig einan vera óheppin en kom í ljós að mun fleirri voru veikir og almenn salerni à hóteli útötuð eftir niðurgang. Starfsfólk almennt til fyrirmyndar en greinilega àtti alls ekki að viðurkenna að matur væri skemmdur en ég àsamt fleirrum höfðum ekki borðað út fyrir hótel þennan dag. Màtti ég nota 4 daga að jafna mig en dvõl mín stóð í samtals 8 daga.

Dobio sam sobu u prizemlju sa pogledom na bazen i bilo je odlično. Mir , tišina i pogled su bili pravi odmor. Izbor hrane , ribe ,voća, besplatnog pića za večeru su za svaku pohvalu. Nadam se da ćemo se ponovo videti .

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it did not live up to the 4-star rating it advertises — I would say it’s closer to a 3-star at best. While there were a couple of positives, overall the experience was disappointing. The buffet food was awful. It was repetitive every day and didn’t cater well for children at all, which made mealtimes frustrating. The pool bar wasn’t much better — the pizza was okay, but everything else was pretty vile, and the menu never changed during our stay. We ended up eating out 6 of the 8 nights, which says a lot considering we paid for all inclusive. The rooms were spacious, which was a plus, but they clearly needed some TLC. There were holes in the walls, cracked tiles in the bathroom, and mould in the shower. Not what you expect from a hotel claiming four stars. The balcony views were also very poor unless you paid extra for a pool view — otherwise, they were quite gloomy. Another frustrating policy was the €10 deposit per towel. We needed three towels, so that was €30 tied up until checkout, and it’s returned in cash. Honestly, the last thing I want at the end of a holiday is leftover cash I need to exchange. It just felt unnecessary and inconvenient. The signage around the hotel was poor — finding areas like the park was a bit of a hunt. Also, the photos on Jet2 are misleading. They’re clearly colour-enhanced because the hotel is much more dull and gloomy in reality. The pictures also show the UP section and the spa, both of which cost extra. I understand these are add-ons, but it really should be clearer in the photos what is included in all inclusive and what isn’t. Another issue was having to pay to use the iron — €3 per hour — and it was rubbish. We also didn’t fly home until 7pm, yet the hotel stopped our all inclusive at 12pm. The lunch buffet didn’t open until 1pm and the snack bar didn’t open until 12pm, which felt very sneaky and cheeky. When we asked reception about this, we were advised it’s in the booking contract. On the positive side, the rooms were cleaned every day and we received fresh towels, which was appreciated. The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, despite a few good points, the poor food, tired rooms, misleading photos, extra costs, and restrictive all-inclusive policy meant this hotel didn’t deliver the experience we expected. I wouldn’t return.

Excellent hotel, staff lovely from reception to housekeeping and everything in between. Breakfast had an enormous selection, bigger than some 5 stars I have stayed in. All fresh as well. I was thrilled with the barista during breakfast as a coffee lover there is nothing better than a freshly made flat white! Rooms : we stayed in room 738 and had wonderful views of the pool and sea. Spacious and very clean throughout. Sofa bed could have slept and additional person for 3 in the room with plenty floor space left over. We tended to stick to the adults only pool which was perfect to lay and read a book with the spa pool being just the right temperature. Then the swimming pool was great to cool off. Activities : aqua gym was great fun and actually surprising how many calories we burnt. Even if we did take part after a few drinks … All in all a fantastic 4 nights at Bitacora Thanks too Anna Marie for arranging and being so helpful. Kind Regards Hazel

Loved this hotel, would definitely book again. Great location, food was really nice and fresh, rooms were spotless and staff were amazing. Excellent value for what you get. The whole atmosphere was nice, relaxed but fun.
