TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Don’t stay here!! Lady in front office I’m guessing she’s owner is rude. She has no customer service. Hotels customer service is also trash, they refused to give us refund claiming, it’s at the hotel approval. So we went into the room, first thing my boyfriend did was use the restroom. I brought in a half drinking beer inside the room, i chugged the beer and threw it in the trash. Mind you when we first walked in the pillows was flat as if someone came in the room laid down and walked out. When my boyfriend came out the restroom he said the toilet doesn’t work and the towels look used they were dirty. At that point I said let go get another room, or see if she has a solution to the problem. I tell the lady at the front, she gets really angry , start yelling saying we used the room because their was a beer in the trash can and said the trash bag was wet. I gave her the key so she could see what we were talking about, she refused to give it back and said we needed to contact hotels for refund she said they wouldn’t give us one which they didn’t. She refused to give us another room, saying we used the room, we was in the room for a total of 10 minutes. After she took the room key, I followed her inside front office where she went into the back room and was yelling on the phone with someone about what just happened for 10 minutes. When she came out I asked what was she going to do? She started yelling & cursing saying we used the room it’s been 20 minutes.

Alarm clock kept going off at random times, as well as the radio.

Our stay was Terrible the property is run down. They have a no refund policy once they swipe your card or you pay through your app. The room wasn't ready even though it was well after 3pm and also the office clerk manually shut off the water to the room we complianed and she came with a water key to manually cut the water back on in our room we said wow!! I am surprise thise hotel is on anyone app to book.

Our check in was at 1, we arrived at 2:30 and the room was not ready. We had to make it to a family party and had to stay elsewhere.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called to change my room from king to queen; no answer. I was also going to arrive late so I needed to talk with someone on staff. When I arrived, after paying through Expedia, the motel sold my already booked room! I am reaching out to Wyndham and will post further updates once I hear from Wyndham.

The stay was good but that morning before check out room service was knocking early in morning almost walked in on me while I was in shower

Nothing, they would not honor our deal. Not happy with Expedia right now !!

We showed up and were told they would NOT honor our confirmed reservation. Had to try other accommodations. Worst experience ever.

Room had strong odor of smoke when I checked in , but I was told if I smoke I would be charged a smoke fee, I advised the lady I requested smoke free but my room smelled strongly of smoke. I was charge an additional fee for a 2nd guest, even though I purchased a king size bed and online when i booked it said it hold up to 2-3 guest. There was no mention online that only 1 person per a room allowed. The lady up front was rude and unfriendly.
