It was horrible no atm they ask for extra money and I had to call police on front desk

Do NOT patronize this hotel!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a paying customer in my life!! I stayed 4 days (unfortunately we evacuated and there were no other places to stay) I very kindly requested a handicap accessible room and was told she didn’t have those! HOW IS THAT LEGAL?Also, she charged me $240 extra because I had a chihuahua with me. Sheesh!! The room smelled like mold and smoke and had roaches casually walking outside and in the room like they owned the place. ROACHES YA’LL!! The lady that runs it fussed at my 11 year old daughter while we were packing up to leave and told her to get in the room and get her the linens!! EXCUSE YOU???!!!! So, I really don’t mind that my dog shed all over in those sketchy looking sheets on the bed.

The manager misbooked the date for the room. No refund, no change, etc. We paid for a room didn't even get the key to

The room was dirty and the bathtub had a dirth towel from previous. They charged a extra deposit to make sure you didnt smoke or have pets. Stayed one night never again. July 11. 2020

Nothing fancy and no perks because of COVID so just a place to rest your head. Good location

A nice stay. It was located off of the freeway, and a convenient location to where I needed to be for 2 days in Katy. Front desk was very helpful.

We use Wyndham whenever we spend the night away from home, because we can always count on their hotels/motels whatever they call them to be clean and fresh. This one is dirty...holes in the ceilings, ring in the toilet, dust on the refrigerator and this is supposed to be COVID-19 sanitized? Yeah right! I hate to even think about what the bed is gonna be like. They won’t give us our money back because “we already checked in.” Moral of story always asked to see the room before you pay them any money. Ladies, don’t trust your husband‘s approval of a room! I’m tired and what am I going to stay in? Filth! Yuck! Happy 52nd Anniversary to us. Had a read these reviews instead of trusting Wyndham‘s, we would never have reserved this motel.

The manager was very rude and over stepping her boundaries constantly calling cops on other guest Stayed for 3nights cops called every single day no one ever was arrested or even tickeded

Lady who owned hotel was awful. Breakfast consist of cereal and waffles ,poured appled juice that was rotten. Hotel room was dirty had nasty stuff all over the floor

The room smelled really bad as cigarette smoking!
