Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

Everyone on the staff has been exceptionally friendly and kind my grandson lost one of his flip-flops at the pool and a young woman who works there.I believe her name was Marley found his flip-flop on the other side of where we were sitting and returned it to us we’ve had a great time. I look forward to coming back.

We have had such a wonderful stay. The care that the team here puts in is so apparent. We got so many smiles from the whole team, from people handing us our food at Dunkin, Buckets, Pizza and Nathan’s, to the cleaning staff greeting us with “good morning”, to the Magi Quest employees walking up 4 flights of steps to fix a misfunctioning portal, still with a smile. We travel down from Maryland because we always experience such a difference in the level of genuine warmth compared to the Perryville location. Thank you for everything you do, and especially for keeping so many kiddos safe in the water!

I had such a great experience thanks to Jason. He was friendly and incredibly patient. From the very moment we walked in, he took the time to answer all of our questions, personally assisted us to the store, made sure I understood everything clearl. Not once did I feel rushed. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude truly stood out. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to make sure my autistic daughter was happy and the care was genuine. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service and it was truly refreshing.

My son and I always feel so welcomed at this location. I brought my mother and her husband this time. We love it here and my son excitement and happiness are priceless !!!

We absolutely love the Williamsburg GWL. We have been at multiple locations and Williamsburg by far surpasses the rest. Every staff member we have come in contact with is friendly and helpful. Josh in the Magi Quest shop made our trip with his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you Josh and Williamsburg crew for making our trip amazing.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Especially Michele Z in the gift shop (retail)! She's truly is an asset to the team. She sets the tone with her friendly vibes. I just love it here!

We had a great experience. However, we had difficulty trying to have a refund for an overcharge compared to the online prices. We booked over the phone. Andrew was able to finally refund us the difference. I recommend checking the prices online(booking online) than booking over the phone because it looks like customer service tries to take advantage of you. Very disappointing, really.

We had some issues with another guest while we were at this location for our 4th visit. The management was very attentive to our needs and helped fix the situation quickly.
