Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

Thank you so much we will be planning our next trip before summer is over and school starts back up!! I really appreciated the lifeguards leniency when it came to my special-needs daughter and allowing her to jump from the side this weekend, she doesn't understand she's not allowed she's level three autistic and nonverbal and honestly, they really did help a lot this weekend and I really appreciated that. That and she learned to wait her turn with the slides it was a big thing!

Where to I began, we have been to multiple great wolf lodges and go two to three times a year, customer service like we received from LuCinda is why Williamsburg is our favorite location. Had a bunch of changes and things that needed to happen last minute, I wasn’t sure how well or how much of a headache it was going to be and she made it a breeze, also super personable and super sweet. Thank yall!

Cora totally went above and beyond kept the game running smooth for us. Multiple times when we had magiquest hiccups she cleared them up immediately!!

I wanted to recognize Leanne at the front desk for providing exceptional customer service during our recent stay. Leanne checked us in when we arrived and immediately made us feel welcome with her friendly and personable attitude. The following morning, we experienced an unexpected issue with our bathroom. While the staff worked to address the problem, Leanne took ownership of the situation and made sure our family was taken care of. She arranged for us to be moved to a different and MUCH nicer room right away, completely turning around what could have been a very frustrating experience. What stood out most was that she didn't simply follow a script; she showed genuine concern for our family's experience and took the initiative to make things right. Thanks to her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help, we left with a very positive impression of the resort despite the maintenance issue. Please pass along our thanks and recognition to Leanne. Employees like her are a BIG reason guests choose to return- us included!

The guy at Front desk named Adam was very welcoming and had excellent costumer services. We had the kid cabin suite and it was very spacious and clean. The water park was fun with only about 5 minutes wait times for rides. The life guards were attentive. We ended our day with the arcade which was the highlight of the day. Definitely will be coming back soon.
