Williamsburg location. The atmosphere was awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure our accommodations were good. They have this new personal assistant chat assigned to you and my goodness it's a life saver!

My daughter dropped our Violet cup and it broke. Sonia got us a replacement. She was very kind and sweet.

Lucinda is so courteous. Everytime we come here we try to check in and say hi to her. She greets our little ones and they remember her each time they come with us or their parents. Lucinda is a great front facing representative for the lodge and she makes us feel welcomed and is reflective of what any company would want as a world class employee. My youngest is 9 and he said Miss Lucinda gets a 15 stars out of 10 stars. You are lucky to have her. I hope she stays with Great Wolf Lodge a long time!

These three (Ivy, Sonia, and Tyler) did an awesome job in the arcade redemption room. My daughter had her card taken by someone else who tried to redeem it while we were in there. They did an amazing job deescalating the situation while also being super helpful and patient with my kids while they took a long time picking their stuff out even though it was closed. Thank you guys so much for your customer service and patience! This is why we love great wolf for our annual family vacations!

Fun, clean, best experience!!

I went into the gift shop to purchase a repair kit for my glasses.They didn’t have one and Logan took out a little screw and allowed me to use it to fix my glasses. I am so grateful for his help. He is very nice and definitely went above and beyond to help me. What a valuable employee!

My family had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. LuCinda at check-in was extremely warm, professional, and started the trip off on a high note.
