Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

We bought a bubble gun and the screw was really hard to get out she worked it until it finally came out then after putting bubbles and batteries it wouldn’t work she got another gun and figured out the batteries weren’t good on the first she had patience of a saint and just so sweet I really appreciated everything she did for us and so glad I found this so you could also know how great she is as an employee. She didn’t have to do this and the line was getting long but she never flinched and got others to help while she helped us! Again she was wonderful I love everyone here so far it’s a great experience for me and my grandson

Marly is a breath of fresh air: Very friendly, kind, informative and professional. She made our check-in easy and gave us a happy start to our stay. The water park is always fun. We come every year and always enjoy it. My one wish is that the needs of one with a gluten allergy were better met and the staff was fully educated in changing gloves, cleaning grills, etc. in the indoor water park food venue.

Ernest G, (omelet station) was generous and made my daughter ordering comfortable. My daughter was nervous and he made her laugh.

Awesome water park and rides if I compare with other indoor waterparks. Lot of food options available within the Hotel and outside. Each floor has different theme it is worth clicking picture on each floor. Clean rooms and Bathrooms. Bathroom was little bit less spacious.

J in the Pasta station went above and beyond on Saturday 530pm. He was very friendly and considerate with my daughter's food request

Amazing place amazing staff! Lauren is awesome so helpful and patient she is in guest services can not recommend this place enough!!! We are very frequent guests!!

Every single employee is respectful, kind and will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best vacation ever. This place is phenomenal and I cannot wait to return.
