The hotel bars are really attentive, especially herson. There is no need to go to the bar and order drinks the main bar, all staff come over and take drink orders which is a really great touch. 5/5

We had a really fantastic stay at this hotel.as a family holiday. The hotel is located directly at the beach an we had really sunny weather to go swimming every day in the middle of Oktober. The service in all of the restaurants was perfectly and friendly, the food delicious and very variable. In the main bar we had really good cocktails mixed by a very ambitious and friendly waiter named Herson.

Delphinia pool service was brilliant big shout out for Maria who looked after the bar area, they always came around to ask if we needed anything and were very warm, friendly and polite xx

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and great staff who provided amazing service. Especially great service from Ioanna at the main roof top bar, a great waitress and even better host! We love the hotel and were upgraded on arrival which made it all the more special. Top notch A La Carte and amazing drink selection, we will definitely be returning!

This hotel is really lovely. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. They are clean and well looked after, with your room and mini bar checked daily. The food is very good, and I honestly think the buffet often tastes as good (if not better) than the restaurant. The food is definitely served hotter too! The only exception is the Allegro crepe and waffle restaurant, which is top quality – some of the best we've ever had. The pools are clean and well maintained, with plenty of sun loungers when we visited (late September to early October). My only small criticism is that there’s no food available at the pool bar, but the bar there is good. All the bars on site are great, but the Delphinia and Minos bars stand out. Maria and her team at the Delphinia pool bar go above and beyond to make your stay feel special. Maria has a rare talent for making you feel like you are her only guest. Up at the main Minos bar, a special mention goes to Herson. He’s another shining star at Mitsis Royal Mare – he gets to know the guests, is always cheerful, and makes you feel truly valued. Another shout-out is for Anna at the crepe and waffle section of Allegro. She is incredibly patient and cheerful, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. The Spa is also a real gem, and Anna, with her long straight brown hair, completely cured my leg of pain that I had been experiencing for FIVE years! It was gone after just one massage – absolutely incredible!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend a stay here! Brunch at Pacifico was lovely and we were really looked after by Afroditi nikiforou and her team . We had a bungalow with shared pool room 1024 it’s a lovely area and peaceful. The beach is also really beautiful here! We will be staying in many more Mitsis hotels !

Wonderful hotel! Fantastic service. Would recommend the Asian restaurant and and condos 5*. Reception staff, do helpful. Bar Minos served ce with s 5* plus!! Cocktails are exceptional. Harson gets a special mention for his fabulous and friendly service

Maria and her team absolutely the best.Her cappuccinos were red hot and best on resort.Very friendly with all the guests and the music was great,haven't heard The Snake by Al Wilson for 30 years.Fab.Thanks Maria

Mitsis hotel Crete.great staff, friendly atmosphere rooms clean and beds changed every 2 days. 10 days good value. Maria from Delphini bar at pool was so lovely, always helpful and smiling. Food plenty and lots of options. Main restaurant was fantastic 😍

What a beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived everything is outstanding! The resort is very clean and staff couldn’t be more friendly and attentive! Everywhere you go you are greeted with a smile and everyone would do their best to accommodate you! From rooms to dining, we couldn’t have wished for better service! Maria and Anna in the main restaurant are excellent and thank you for always greeting us with a smile! You have made our stay! Xxx
