Beautiful historic property, with a lovely bar/lounge and excellent dinner and breakfast. “Cell” was small but well decorated. Staff was very helpful.

Beautiful historic former convent building in a terrific location in Evora. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. The front desk person (I forget her name) was quite helpful in securing a difficult reservation at a busy restaurant. However, there is much left to be desired with the bedrooms. Horribly hard mattresses and there was a really bad stench in the ugly carpeting in one of the (2) rooms we rented. The decor/cleanliness needs to be addressed at this hotel.

Centrally located historic former monastery, friendly attentive staff, rooms are small but they were made for monks! The food was fantastic- recommend the restaurant for sure. Loved our stay!

Beautifully restored monastery in the heart of the old walled city. Perfect location and fun to stay in a 15th Century monastery. Located within steps of the Roman Temple - literally. Can be very difficult to find using GPS. Streets can be VERY narrow. Follow signs for Roman Temple!
