Bathroom very poor no soaps 1 towel for several people had to get more sent took half a day to get them. Hot water was brown in colour.

"They cancelled my room without notifying me"

After I've booked the room through hotels.com and payment had been taken I was declined a room upon arrival. The hotel had overbooked it's rooms via hotels.com. The staff were rude and and not apologetic. To be frank they were not interested they didn't seem interested that it was late into the night and without a room! Hotels.com is arranging a refund.

Awful halls was a mess and filthy lifts are filthy room was disgusting, hairs in the bathtub up the shower wall toilet wasn’t even flushed. Dirt and stains on the walls bed was to beds pushed together stunk of old shoes and socks

Well considering my van got broken too, they were not helpful, was more worries about there own personnel cars, it’s filled with refugees which are just slumbered everywhere and it stinks, I will never be going back

I stayed in the property on the 18th October i went to my room the bed hadnt been made there was 2 cups on the side with tea still in them and the tea bags left on the side and all i was given was a free breakfast which the bacon was full of fat very poor hotel

The room are terrible. Mattresses are disgusting and ver uncomfortable. The shower leaked and had a bad smell to it. Overall my time at this hotel was very poor

The room smelt stale ! The water pipes in the bathroom clanked and banged at 5 am in the morning !!!! Breakfast looked so disgusting I would give it to a homeless person What a waste of a hotel, they should flatten it and build another.

Sorry, but nowhere near being a Four Star hotel. Very basic room and bathroom. Restaurant food was at the absolute best average! However ALL the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. VFM about right at £64 Bed & Breakfast
