Excellent reception staff thank ypeu George! Just a little tired looking and bathroom smelt heavily of tobacco smoke. Clean and comfy

I was given a lovely room, with good amenities. The food was good and the Health club facilities well equipped. Look forward to staying there again. Peter

Unfortunately my reception experience was not good and this set the whole experience downward... I found the person who checked me in rude.... I have taken a series of pictures that shows the poor state of repair that was not good to see..... More so as someone who stays in hotels several times a week I like at the point of booking to see transparency and when I see 'Free Wifi' I expect that and not on arrival told its only free for 20 mins and then you pay £7... A restaurant that only did carvery.... The list sadly goes on... All in as ll not a good experience.

Appalling condition of a hotel badly needs serious investment

Poor room condition , very poor lighting as bulbs had been removed but not replaced. Room was not spruced up during the day whilst away so came back to damp towels unmade bed. Very Poor.

Overall it was a great place to stay and got to enjoy the pool and spa, however I noticed that there were things that were not repaired, broken glass light in the bathroom also the toilet roll holder the roll kept falling on the floor, coaster wheels on the bed which made the bed slant so I had to sleep up the other end, clothes draw not opening and closing properly, in the spa shower fixtures and lights and door locks broken and a regular customer said they had been like that for some weeks.

Not advised.a the time of booking . Housing migrants. With coaches arriving and leaving daily. Felt intimidated whilst walking from room to car.

Good location to where we were going. Hotel does need updating but it’s generally clean. Pool / jacuzzi was lovey!
