Всё было очень стильно, удобно , красивый номер, великолепный завтрак, очень профессионально работали все сотрудники, вежливы и приветливы, готовы всегда помочь.

Отсутствие воды в бутылках. Одноразовые тапочки тоже не помешали бы. Не совсем соответствует отелю 5 звёзд. В остальном, всё превосходно.

Due to confusion over our room departure time (we extended until 15.00hrs from 12.00hrs) we approached the front desk and they kindly extended till 15.00hrs but on the day of departure, we were locked out of our room at 14.00, the housekeeping team let us in to pack our cases but the Guest Relations officer called saying she had told me a few days ago that the extension was till 14.00 and was not listening when I said we had not spoken she just kept repeating 2.00, 2.00. Then to my utter disbelief she said if we did not vacate immediately she would call the police…..unbelievable as a guest who has used the Villa Del Conde for many years. Totally in shock and ruined our holiday.

Traumhaftes Frühstück und sehr gutes Dinner (als Buffet). Wir hatten nur ÜF gebucht und trotzdem -weil so gut- HP nachgebucht. Sehr schöne Anlage mit altem Baumbestand. Tiefgarage gratis!

Überraschenderweise mussten wir im Doppelzimmer für eine Person nachzahlen, heisst, der Preis von Booking-Com dividiert durch 1,5 mal 2. Laut Buchung galt das Zimmer als Doppelbelegung, wir hatten 2 DZ gebucht, eins wurde nur einzeln belegt. Im Hotel sagte man uns, es gäbe ausschließlich Doppelzimmer und das Problem (mit der Nachberechnung) würde bei Booking öfter auftauchen. Die hoteleigene Website wäre in dem Fall preiswerter gewesen, kannte ich jedoch nicht.

Beautiful hotel, disappointing service. This hotel may look five-star, but unfortunately the service and guest experience fell far short of what I would expect from a luxury property. I booked a suite for my children and a separate room for myself. On arrival, I discovered the suite came with additional benefits, including access to a special breakfast area and lounge. Despite the suite being designed for four guests and occupied by only two, the hotel refused to allow me to accompany my own children unless I paid an additional €40 per day. As a result, my children barely used the benefits because we wanted to spend time together as a family. Throughout our stay we felt more monitored than welcomed. Staff repeatedly checked room cards, questioned us and even approached my children at the pool to ask about a lunch bill that was not assigned to their room and had already been covered. Other issues included: * Housekeeping entering my room despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed, while I was undressed. * My children's suite not being cleaned despite displaying the "Please Clean Room" sign. * Tea and coffee not being replenished and attempts to charge for basic refreshments. * Room service failing to answer the phone for over an hour. * Undercooked chicken served via room service, after which I became unwell. * Constant attempts to clear plates while we were still eating. * A "Relax Pack" that turned out to be a single bath bomb for two people. * Early pool closing times and numerous extra charges for facilities. To be fair, I do not believe the staff were the problem. They appeared to be following management policies. The issue seems to be a culture that prioritises rules, upselling and policing guests over genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, but we never felt relaxed. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we often felt watched, questioned and unwelcome. I would not return.
