"Don't hesitate to book this hotel !"

The hotel is situated in the residentiel area of Gran Canaria. Very clean environment and lots of beautiful restaurants and bars. We had a standard room and the space was very ok. The view on the balcony was also very beautiful. And it was a very quiet rooom. The housekeeping is very nice and good. The garden is very beautiful as well as the very clean swimming pools. The personnel in the hotel is very kind and helpfull. We took a package of 3 dinners in the Plaza restaurant (30 euro / day). The other days we went out for dinner (Restaurant El Churrasco which is a good meat restaurant) and we went to Asia House the 3 other days (price / quality very ok).

Bel établissement avec de nombreux beaux espaces aménagés sans être les uns sur les autres. La qualité du buffet petit déjeuner et repas du soir exceptionnelle, très belle présentation, de grand fraicheur, belle qualité des produits et un choix remarquable. Bravo Et la dame Kersti (Estonie) à la réception très gentille, souriante et très avenante.

Le restaurant à la carte décevant par un service très long et pas du tout professionnel, l'organisation lamentable et la communication entre la cuisine et le maitre d'hôtel nulle ; heureusement que la cuisine et présentation des assiettes sont là pour relever le niveau de ce restaurant à la carte. Seule ombre dans ce magnifique complexe.
