Great breakfast foods and coffee available all day. Staff was amazing and location great.

Disappointed that hot tub only fit 3 people and it was often full unless you had signed up. Also we landed late and took us 40 minutes to get a cab.

"People, Food Services, and location all great."

Location and Food Services were excellent. What was disappointing was the size of the "Superior Queen Room", which was touted as an upgrade for us by Booking.com. It was smaller than I expected.

Better representation of the "Superior Queen". I'm curious what an "Inferior/Regular Queen" was particularly for this price.

"The Silverbow Inn is the best place to stay in Juneau!"

The Silverbow Inn was absolutely fantastic! It’s located in a great location—close to shops and restaurants—and the room was great. I want to especially give a shout out to the staff (they were really warm and welcoming).

I don’t have any complaints.

"Juneau Gem"

A wonderful stay at Silverbow! The inn is terrific, great central location but what made it really special was the hospitality and fabulous staff! Tina was a gem! A perfect place to stay in Juneau.
