Excellent and friendly staff.However the room I got wasn't what was advertised.There was no tub in my superior king or any separate sitting area like the pictures on Expedia depicted.Tina at the front desk was amazing though our stay even though we were disappointed in our room.

Cozy and quirky Inn, which is more like a B&B. Comfortable beds. Superb staff. 24 hour coffee and tea.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect for exploring Juneau. The bed was so comfortable. Our room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely return when back in Juneau.
