"The rooms are very dated and could do with redecorating as the wall and carpets look and feel old."

"Itchy"

Stayed 1 hour after a long drive we decided to rest on the bed , thought i was being bitten but decided it was heat and tingling skin , then the wife said im getting bitten , I had a closer look and I was covered . I over looked the tired facilities as it was budget but then i realised the place was I its last legs and the company were screwing the last penny out of it .

"Cosmarul de la Folkestone The Burstin hotel !!!!"

Personalul ok

Nu mia placut faptul ca am facut dus in diferite camere deoarece in camera mea mare , la dus nu venea apa calda doar rece . Nu era vina personalului de la intretinere este vina patronilor ca nu cumpara cele ce le trebuie baietilor de la intretinerea hotelui. Din fericire sint Site manager M& Electrical si stiam .care era problema la dus . Baietii nu pot schimba si repara deoarece dupa spusele lor patroni nu vor sa cheltuie bani.

The member of staff was very helpful even though he was rushed off his feet. Room had a bath which is a big plus for me. Comfy bed, quiet room over looking the sea. I hope I am as happy next week when I stay x

Parking was a nightmare. No USB in the room to charge my phone and watch except the one in the back of the tv. Just meant I had to sleep with the tv on all night to charge my phone. Good job I am a heavy sleeper x
