The Grand Burstin Hotel

We only stayed overnight. The room was basic but clean. Receptionist gave me additional milk and tea bags qhen requested without question. All lifts were working.

Maybe a bit of decoration to bring the hotel up to date a bit.

Great location but the hotel room is not clean we stayed for 3 nights and asked for room service to get the room cleaned but they were not helpful at all with the kids one room not being cleaned for 3 days not very fun

There was a terrible smell of urine in our bathroom and room

There has been an upgrade in the sesnse that someone has found some paint and paint brush and done some cosmetic decorating.Room is comfortable but because the people next door had TV on full blast until 2am didnt need to get up and bang on the wall.

Where do you start. You check in on line - you arrive and the key collection and queue up where it syas checked in online - oh no some miserable female lets you stand there and says youve got to line up where its doesnt say check in online - horrendous attitude. Take the sign down - have more staff rather than the poor so* trying his hardest, People are jumping queues because they have complaints/want to speak to manager. Awful.Lifts, anyone who has been here will know its worse than going to spain with the new checvking in system. Dreadful. A special mention of the god awful entertainment in the ballroom or whatever- the lad is so bad you had to watch some of it because we could not believe how awful he was - what is more concerning is he must have beaten others to the role- how awful could they have been- dont even mention the kareoke - dreadful. The staff are miserable, unhelpful and need some customer service training as there attitude stinks (especially the women that just wander in and out of the back office ignoring the queues building up.
