Perfect location, and a bonus that it has a car park. However, during busy times it can get very crowded, and there may be no available spaces. Even if you’ve paid and left for a while, when you return, you might not find a parking space.

Amazing location right on the seafront at Folkestone

Car park was overcrowded and local parking was impossible. The hotel is incredibly dated, like walking back in time to the 80/90s with woodchip wallpaper. Kids running up and down the hotel corridors beyond midnight. Beds are not comfortable in any way at all.

The location.

Unfriendly staff. Only 1 lift operational. Food cheap and tasteless. Room was dirty with empty bottles and food wrappers left from previous guests. Everything about the hotel was tired and in need of upgrading. Parking was chaotic with no sensible system and full of pot holes. In fact only the location is good!
