Location Bed was comfy enough The lady that cleaned our room was frazzled and overheated and still did a good job of cleaning up considering how dirty it was when we opened the door and found it hadn't been cleaned.

Our room wasn't ready for 90 minutes past our check in time because it was like someone had partied in it when we went to check in. They gave us a drink each but it was extreme heat and we just wanted to go to our room. No air conditioning but there was a fan that had dust all through it and only barely made a dent in the heat. No mini fridge, didn't know that wasn't standard in UK like it is in hotels in most other countries. There was parking but not guaranteed. Two of the lifts weren't working so it took us 25 minutes to get our bags down, too big to carry down multiple flights of stairs. Felt very run down. The staff were doing their best in the heat but the condition of the rooms and hotel in general meant they're fighting a losing battle to start with

Was given a room with no windows and when explained I after with confined spaces and anxiety the staff were very rude and reluctantly changed the room

I think a small fridge in the room will be great.

Het is een wat ouder gedateerd hotel. Zijn wel het e.e.a. aan het renoveren. Kamers niet al te groot, douchen staand in het ligbad. Dat was trouwens net nieuw. Mooie locatie voor als je de volgende dag met de trein naar Frankrijk moet, je bent er zo. Daar avonds wel heerlijk gewandeld over de haven pier waar heel veel te doen is. Dat heeft de gemeente zeer goed aangepakt. Motoren stonden bij het hotel veilig en er was camera toezicht. Voor ons doel helemaal; prima, zullen we vaker doen. We hebben trouwens wel heel lekker gedineerd in het hotel. Ontbijt was ook prima. Daar was helemaal niets mis mee.

Het is een groot hotel met veel kleine kamers, misschien beter om er minder en ruimere kamers van te maken.

Lage sehr gut

Kloospülung defekt, 2 Wasserhähne für jeweils kaltes und heißes Wasser am Waschbecken. Für was auch immer.
