Starting with the positives because there definitely weren't many, the beds were clean and the bathroom was decent

Absolutely disgustingly filthy once you moved beyond the foyer, it was like staying in a theme hotel, theme being crack den. Stains and debris up the main stairs and along the landings, disgusting smelly brown carpet in our room that you didn't want to walk on barefoot, stains up the walls. We had a seaview but the windows were so thick with dirt and bugs you couldn't see out. Curtains were literally rotting. No cleaners in sight at all, apparently making up your room isn't a thing and nor is aircon despite there being a new looking unit on the wall. I don't know how the GM sleeps at night - obviously not in this property anyway.

Location

No way is this hotel a 4 star, the rooms were very basic, uncomfortable beds, wallpaper peeling away from the walls. Very disappointing, especially with the amount we were charged and having issues with rooms booked, one room the door did not lock.

nothing got there at 11 and was told there wasn’t even a room for me and my husband we had travelled all day and just wanted a shower and a bed and had to be finding somewhere else to stay at gone 11 isn’t fun

Location to the beach and tennis event. Accessability of the hotel.

One of the female Reception staff was not welcoming on our arrival. Acted very irritant with us when we got there. First thing mentioned to us was our departure arrangements ahead of our intial information on booking.

Breakfast is very good with wide choice and lovely dining room. Hotel provided fans to try to keep room cooler as there was only aircon in the main reception area.

Rooms are dated and ours had scaffolding outside which we were not told about at check in
