The location was great and all the staff was exceptional except for one who was very rude and not very helpful. The hotel is dated and the breakfast restaurant food and service left a lot to be desired..

Geraldine was on reception when we checked in . She was so friendly and helpful very professional as all the staff were. Our room was so beautiful. Very comfy beds lovely decor. Bathroom was luxurious. Dinner was excellent. As for the superb cocktail bar very relaxing. Overall it was an exceptional few days. I would highly recommend it

The parking for hotel was awful. At least 1/3 of a mile to vehicle parked in terribly labeled garage with various street people wandering around or camped. No place for a lady after sunset. No valet parking!

"Very glad we stayed at the Imperial Hotel"

We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel. The staff were welcoming, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The Fitzgerald Bar and cafe were flashbacks to a different time and appropriately decorated. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The food was so good we ended up eating there two of the three nights we stayed at the Imperial.
