Imperial Hotel

Too much noise from bars below until 3 AM.

For an above average hotel it was very disappointing that parking was off off site with no valet parking option

Great location, older but very clean and serviced rooms, very good bar and restaurant. Staff was excellent and it is clear that they are well managed but constant oversight.

Everything was great about this hotel except the lady who took care of our breakfasts two days in a row. She was a total disaster. She got the order wrong twice the first day and then she forgot to bring our food after 30 minutes when someone else brought it out which by then was cold and inedible. I ended up complaining to the manager who got me a replacement right away but he should be firing that waiter for incompetence.

We stayed in the Imperial Hotel for two nights and enjoyed our stay. A throw back in time the Hotel exudes luxury from a bygone era but also has all the modern amenities one expects today. Our room was large and had a very comfortable bed. The shower was hot and had great pressure and our only complaint was the a/c took almost a day to cool our room. Located in the heart of Cork the hotel is within easy walking distance of the cities main tourist attractions. All in all if you are looking for a centrally located hotel with charm and history look no further than the Imperial Hotel.

The Imperial did not disappoint! The room was clean and comfortable. What also made this property stand out was the service from all the staff we interacted with during our stay. The doorman, concierge, front desk staff and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with many shopping, pub and restaurant choices within easy walking distance.

Room was very nice, parking was a bit of a disaster, especially after 11pm. Hard to find and not a short walk when carrying luggage. Spa area was nice as well

Great place to stay! Convenient location and very nice rooms. Very helpful staff.

Our home base for a week exploring County Cork. Great location, delightful staff and wonderfully comfortable. 10/10!!!
