"While the price is good, the reviews about lack of cleanliness are accurate and I wouldn’t stay here again."

The beds were comfortable, the staff were nice. The shuttle was convenient.

The chair in the room was very stained, there was a large red/dark pink stain on the floor, there was a dirty, dried washcloth on the shower rod.

"Don't go here!!"

The towels were clean and the water was hot. Able to take a hot shower.

The room smelled awful. We needed to open the door and a small windows for hours with maybe some improvement. Smelly, musty, dirty. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$. Didn't stay for breakfast...afraid to eat there. Bedside light didn't have switch to turn it on.

"Sorry, wouldn’t recommend without your own transport."

The room was clean, even if the property was in need of general TLC.

Main reason we selected this property was the free airport shuttle. Booking.com stated it started May 1st, we arrived May 9, told on phone ‘No shuttle till May15’ … 32CAD extra for a cab. Friends arrived May 10, picked up by shuttle! Not happy! Also the area had a lot of homeless and we felt uncomfortable leaving the property on foot.
