Late Check-in was really smooth. Rooms were clean.

Property good for the price, just guests have no consideration for other people making noise all hours which is impossible to sleep. Not ideal driving across the country.

Easy check in , clear instructions, toilet door didn't close for ensuite , double bed was like sleeping on a mortuary slab it was so hard , tv had sound for channels but no picture ,just a blue screen except for the abc .. tried using the chrome cast but it said it was unplugged even tho it was in wall and on ?

Great comfortable bed, convenient location in the middle of town. Cleanliness needs to improve, remote control,small bathroom clean but behind facilities needs extra attention, bed runner, (tv did not work properly).

Lovely staff and great value.

Poor wifi,bathroom door unshutable,no glasses,no plates,had to fill the kettle from the shower rose, bathroom dirty. Could do better.

Whilst the room was clean and safe and the checkin/out was easy, it was not as depicted in the advertising. The king bed was in fact 2 singles squished together. The bathroom was tiny tiny. We couldn’t get the hot water working in either the shower or the sink. The kettle didn’t fit under the sink tap to fill it. I specifically requested gluten free provisions for the breakfast part of the B&B idea, but no. There was absolute nothing that I could eat so had to go over the road to the supermarket. The only coffee was instant. The cafe down the rd was a 20min wait for a coffee. For the price, it was well below expectation.
