The property is on the beach. The rooms were clean. The only problem i had was non of the pools was able to be used which was one of the things that attracted me to the hotel. I had me whole family with kids 16 in total and they were pretty mad.the pool side bar was closed the entire time along with the restaurant. I chose this hotel so i would not have to drive. We were offered to go to another hotel to enjoy there pool we drove 15 mins to get to the pool 45 min walk and we couldn't even used that hotels towels and our hotel didnt even tell us to bring some while we go swimming it was one pool and it was packed with their own hotel guess. If book with this hotel make sure you can use the amenities they were closed the entire week we were there and we still got charge for the resort fees which is unfair

Check in was @ 4pm but our room, along with multiple other guests was delayed by a hour and a half waiting to be cleaned. The front desk staff was extremely overwhelmed and would not do anything to take control of the situation or help with trying to make the guests feel reassured. No manager on duty (day off) and seemed to not care to call them for help. Terribly understaffed. The pools on property were closed and had been for about a week due to bacteria. Said Health Dept. needed to come and approve reopening. Just flat out lied to Guests who asked Guests ignored closed signs.

I was assured the 4th floor 3 months ago but when I arrived they tried to put me on the 15th floor, unacceptable. The balcony I had had only 1 chair and no table, there was not a cup a spoon a pot or pan in the room, housekeeping came once in 5 night stay and we ran out of toilet paper. The pools and spas, bar, restaurant never opened in my 5 night stay. Pretty bad I would say!

My room wasn't ready by 4pm. As I checked in at 3:45, the desk called housekeeping to clean the room. We had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to get in the room. The room was dated but clean. The air was cold, they kept us in towels. We did feel safe at the resort. We had to order a tote of dishes, silverware, glasses and cookwear and retrieve and return them to front desk. The pools and hot tub, lazy river were all out of order. There was no restaurant on the property as noted on website. Even though they let us swim at the Yacthsman, we had to get pool pass, parking pass, park down across the street walk to the other building of the Yacthsman 2 doors down. Pool was not so great, no food or drink there either. We went to the beach, swam in the ocean and ate at Ripztide which was extremely over priced. Poolside bathroom was so hot we couldnt breathe. To get to our room, the elevators only went to 6th floor. No carts for luggage and had to climb stairs to the hot elevators, then go up to 9th floor to our room 3 times. So, very inconvenient for a week at the beach.

Everything was shut down. All the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, the cafe, the restaurant, and the poolside bar. Don’t even waste your time. My battery died on my card reader to get into my door and thankfully someone was able to let us in since it took them 30 mins to change the battery. The remotes didn’t even work for the tv because they didn’t even GO to the tv. Staff was very rude. I honestly want my money back.

Location and beach view good. Trust the reviews because they are all 100% accurate. I do not believe management will change anything because they haven’t taken the reviews seriously yet.
