Cork’s Vienna Woods Hotel and Villas

We booked the celebration package. Excellent service. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Evening meal was delicious, breakfast was equally delicious. For breakfast there is a buffet for continental breakfast and table service for hot food. Lots of choice. (Poached eggs cooked to perfection!)

We were really delighted with our experience here. We were travelling with our baby, and I had emailed ahead to request an early check in if possible so our baby could nap in the room. Not only was this facilitated, our room was upgraded which gave us much more space for a family. This was really appreciated. All of the staff were really friendly, especially the restaurant staff as we had our little girl with us for our meals - she is a very fussy eater and they were brilliant at adapting food for her. Thank you so much for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Hotel set on a beautiful location just outside Cork city (15 minutes) surrounded by mature trees. Hotel has been recently updated. Our hotel room was large with a great view of luxurious green fields and woods. (Wood pigeons first thing in the morning was a good touch). Staff were very helpful and polite.

Lovely hotel ,great location, great staff, and great food ,the room was spacious my wife said it was the best hotel bed she has slept in!

We had our wedding reception in Vienna woods in March 2025. We can not say enough good things about the staff and the venue itself. Their attention to detail both on the wedding day itself and in the planning of the wedding day. Anytime we meet with them we received a warm welcome as did our guests on the day. And you got the sense that they were almost as excited as we were about our wedding. They provided us with guidance and direction on stuff we were undecided or unsure of. The hotel itself is in a nice quiet area (away from the hussle and bussle) but still close to Cork City and Glanmire. The drinks reception room and adjoining balcony is a ideal area for your guests to mingle and for us to meet with them. The ball room is spectacular, we had a large number of guests and the room was not over crowded. The food was excellent and the feed back from our guests backed up our own opinions on the high quality of the food. We also had a smaller gathering on the day after the wedding and the staff were just as accommodating and helpful with the organisation of this as they were of the wedding itself. We are very thankful to everyone at Vienna Woods for helping us make our wedding day so memorable and enjoyable. We highly recommend Vienna woods.

We stayed here for one night on the understanding it was a Dog Friendly Hotel what I would say is that is more tolerant than friendly as were not allowed in any of the communal areas it was just outside only. I would suggest if you are going to make yourselves Dog Friendly then at least provide an indoor space for us to use and not make us uncomfortable by forcing to use outdoor spaces. Yes it was a nice hotel and friendly staff and couldn’t fault that part but I would just say maybe review your stances a little before claiming yourselves to be a Dog Friendly Hotel.

We recently got married in Vienna Woods & I would highly recommend it! We had the best weekend - it was perfect :) and the staff were a dream. I cannot thank them enough - especially Laura the wedding planner who is an absolute legend and made our wedding go off without a hitch - thank you Laura! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a homey/cosy feel. The food is 10/10 to die for ! If i could go back and do it all again I would. The views are amazing! Our guests have been raving about it ever since! Thanks all for making our day so special :) Highly, Highly, Highly Recommend!!!!

This was a gift from our son and daughter-in -law for our 45th wedding anniversary and it was just perfect from the moment we arrived til we left the next day! The room was beautiful and so comfortable and the food was glorious! I would definitely recommend Vienna Woods for a wonderful stay! 5 stars all the way. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay!. IT was just one night. The hotel is beautiful and has a cool history. The rooms were perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Blarney Stone and castle.

Very gorgeous property, great service from the front desk, room and bathroom were clean and updated. Only bad thing was how warm the room got at night without A/C, a small fan, and a window that did not open too much making it hard to sleep. Other than that, had a great experience!
