Staff friendly. Decor in bedrooms bright and welcoming most important very clean. All areas bright with charming decor. Very good value for money.

A fantastic stay! Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure. A beautiful setting, lovely room, great food! What more could you want. A special thanks to Susan and Courtney at the front desk so friendly and welcoming. Thanks again we will definitely be back!

Very disappointing. 220 euros per night Without Breakfast surprised me. No coffee pods for expresso machine in room, not delivered it seems.Then I was told a 10 euro per plate surcharge for room service! When i saw much cheaper rates advertised with Breakfast i asked to speak to duty manger who ushered me into an empty room to explain that the hotel was busy as was Cork and the rate was " normal". Great start to my visit home. Room was good though.

Lovely 2 night stay, room service food was fab as was breakfast. Staff very friendly especially Susan at reception who had great fun with our little boy 😊 highly recommended, would love to visit again, location ideal and great parking facilities

The staff are so friendly made us feel welcome especially the receptionist’s. The food is fabulous we had the dinner and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Hotel is in a lovely quiet location with beautiful surroundings. This was our third visit. I cannot fault this hotel.

A great hotel with Irish charm in a picturesque setting. The reception desk personnel could not have been more helpful. The food was a delight with an eager-to-please wait staff. The wedding reception could not have been better! The Glass room and other quiet settings were perfect for chatting and relaxing.

Lovely place to stay about a 15-minute drive from Cork. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, quick stop off for lunch. They have Easy Go charging facilities there & their lunch menu was lovely. It was quiet there, peaceful with lovely surroundings. The menu catered for all tastes with an extensive salad menu which is rare. I chose the Feta salad with prawns, it was very nice.

We are so amazed how good this hotel looks. We were there few times on oudside terrace for a romantic coffee in the woods. Beautiful nature around hotel. Excellent filter coffee and sweets. We will come back again to enjoy this beautiful location.
