Hotel quite dated , but get what you pay for but they were very friendly and helpful . When we was about to leave we did notice the bed leg was broken

Wow! As the title says this place was superb from start to finish. Very friendly attentive staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning that actually works. Breakfast was first class with everything you might want to have. And the location was perfect. I’m n a beautiful riverside setting with 2 great pubs on the opposite of the road. We used it to go to the Chilfest and it’s only a 15 minute drive away. Very highly recommended.

Very friendly . Arrived earlier than check in time but not a problem. 2 very friendly helpful staff, carried my bag to the room , informed about breakfast. Air conditioned room , perfectly clean

Filthy dirty and uncomfortable , do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel. We arrived tired and late and tried our best to consider it just a bed for the night and now the hotel take no accountability for my concerns as they weren't raised at the time. It is a disgrace to charge for a room so lacking in basic cleanliness

Very quiet, easy parking , nice staff, a little bit run down feeling. we booked an air conditioned room but were told on arrival that only some rooms were air conditioned and ours wasn’t one of them. However they did agree to change us to an air conditioned one. But the web site details should be made clear.

Whilst the room showed signs that it had recently refurbished, the bed was comfortable, room was a nice size. The water pressure for the shower was lacking, the rain shower was more like drizzle. Overall an enjoyable stay, staff were friendly and accommodating, the setting was lovely and breakfast was plentiful.

Lovely welcome when we arrived from the lady at reception and even took us to our room. A lovely clean room with views of the stream/river from the bedroom window and well stocked hospitality tray. All members of staff were so friendly and helpful and the cooked breakfast was very good and so much choice for continental too. We will definitely

Quietness and location.

My son and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough after staying there for two nights. Although it had a 1980’s feel to it, the hotel is located in a stunning area alongside a beautiful waterway with limitless walks into the country, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was first class and the beds were comfortable. Special commendation to Shawn and his team. I look forward to coming back again in the near future.
