Good carpark, my room was to a good standard, the resteraunt lets it down.
Room was tired and run down and smelt if drains. Humming noise all night kept me awake. Staff were lovely.
Rooms tired, scruffy. Matress on bed old and feel the springs. Bathroom, leaky sink. Floor tiles by door broen.
A member of staff was extremely rude to me and when I complained to the reception desk about how she treated me, they did not do anything about it. Room had cobwebs but other than that was acceptable. Did not feel at all comfortable after the threatening behaviour of the staff member on the first morning of our stay.
The property was ok. Air conditioning was welcome.
My room was so spacious and clean and the got free parking. It was an awesome stay and I will go there next time I’m In Manchester
For some reason i was given a disabled room which in general was the same as a normal room except for the bathroom. The shower was a drain in the floor which i did not want to use as it would have soaked the how bathroom and the sink was down by my knees which made things comfortable.
Room size was reasonable. Aircon didnt seem to work properly and room very hot. Bed very uncomfortable. Could feel springs in mattress everytime i turned during the night. Didnt sleep very well at all. Not too sure if all mattresses are like this our just one we had. Room could have done with some attention to detail in places.
Better than the Park Inn by Radisson that we stayed in. Great value for price. Nice staff. Clean
Breakfast good but coffee not nice. Staff welcoming and helpful. A good stay thank you.
