not sure about the safety of the area where this hotel is,
We arrived and the person couldn't find our booking where we had to wait a while. We were offered drinks while waiting. When we got into our room we found all the tiles from the bathroom floor had been ripped out and left there so we couldn't walk on the bathroom floor and there was no cot even after we requested one. Also the floor had a strong stench of weed which must have been one of the other guests. There were no rooms to change back into despite the state of the bathroom. I asked the next day for a cot from two workers who both said they would check for me and get back to me, neither did. I asked again the next day to receive the same response that they would check and get back to me. Hotel was a bad experience which myself nor my business will be using again.
This is a trampy hotel with a damp smell in the room. Avoid at all costs. It needs to be renovated. It is safe to say I won’t be staying here again.
Overall good but the room the door was damaged and the bathroom floor was dusty. Maybe it’s the Army white glove strictness that I noticed this. Staff was warm and friendly.
Too long to check in and out. Very short staffed and limited menu in restaurant although the lamb shank I had was very nice
Great location, easy parking and access. My only gripe was that we booked a king suite and it was no more than a comfortable standard room... That aside, it was a clean, comfortable and practical room. The staff, restaurant and food was lovely.. would definitely return when in Manchester
Rude reception staff, provided no resolution, apology or remuneration for a broken sliding bathroom door which made a racket when trying to open and close in the middle of the night
looks like the hotel is for bed and breakfast not as holiday inn the towel was not clean the bed is very old the headboard is piece of wood the carpet not clean
