At first positive experience with friendly staff. Upon getting to the room we found the bed to be dirty with food in the pillow cases. Dinner on the first night at the hotel caused my girlfriend to get food poisoning told receptionist about how ill my girlfriend became on our stay as we were leaving and she stated there was nothing they could do as it wasn’t confirmed by us going to hospital, upon return home was confirmed food poisoning by local Doctors. Found ourselves in a very awkward situation where the waitress and kitchen staff had a full blown argument whilst we were waiting to be served. A lot of noise at night kept us awake. The hotel is more than aware of the above as we have emailed upon return home and confirmation of food poisoning.
Stayed one night, the staff and service was impeccable! Got no complaints :)
Sink and tub blocked
This holiday is well situated for me near Moston where I have relatives. It was clean, tv/ remote worked which is very important. Service staff were excellent on reception and breakfast area. Will use infuture.
Great hotel would stay again. Bar lady was a bit awkward but everything else was spot on. Also overheard staff slagging work off whilst I was eating breakfast which wasn’t great but didn’t spoil my stay
I can't fault our stay. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful, extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be going back when stating in manchester again!
Hotel needs a refurb looking tired however excellent customer service on reception good price for one night
U did not have a very nice experience at this hotel. Upon arrival I had to go looking for someone to come check me in as there was no one at the reception. The bed was horrible, shower curtain was dirty , desk chair had a broken back, air conditioning did not work.. I will not recommend this hotel.
Stayed one night as was going to the arena. Best night sleep I had in ages bed was so comfortable.
I asked for a king bed ..though I got a single twin bed and the room was particularly designed for disabled. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower .
