A nice stay however there were a few touches missing for us. We were disappointed to find there was little storage with no cupboards and just a small open plan single rail i.e. No wardrobe. Hotel was located an industrial area of Manchester and there was very little local amenities. Although it was easy to get to the city centre we would choose a hotel nearer the city in the future.
The hotel doesn’t look great from the outside but inside was clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Room was comfortable, had all we needed and the bathroom was big!!
Very dated and basic. My bed was like a table top and was so uncomfortable. My colleagues bed was like a marshmallow that you sink in to the middle. Not enough plug sockets either. Was fine for purpose but should be half the price for what you get
Terrible experience- I wish I stayed in another hotel, The room was small, the mattress was worn out, really bad, normally I don't complain but I could feel the springs in my back,how can a hotel the standard of a Holiday Inn be permitted to operate in this way, and the banging of the doors, at night and the whispers in the corridor, anyway, the only good thing was the shower in the morning, but In all, I will never set my foot in this place again

Hotel was fine overall. Bed was very uncomfortable we both had very little sleep due to that and people slamming doors and being loud.
Only stayed for 1 night, can't really complain as it was quite cheap, comfort levels okay
A bit far from town , only good thing was that the parking for this hotel good if you drive to get places
We settled for this hotel because we needed a car park and close proximity to the city centre so this limited our options. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. Our first room had problems but we were immediately moved and upgraded. The second room was spacious and comfortable but neglected. The air conditioning, fridge and TV did not work. The PAT test label on the fridge was dated 2013 and the TV 2015. The air conditioning cut out after a few seconds. Thankfully, the second room had a window that opened. Our plans changed so we hoped to stay a third night but it turned out there was a big concert on in Manchester that night so the room rate had gone from reasonable to astronomical. We moved town and will stay somewhere else next time. Our advise would be don't rule this hotel out but shop around.
