Nothing worked, the phone, lazy river, bathrooms. Over charged after we left

They have pictures of the pool but nothings saying the pool was not available by the time we got there

Do not book this hotel based off the pictures or amenities listed alone. It is quite disappointing when you arrive. The majority of the pools and the lazy river outside are not up and running and neither was the waterfall. The indoor water park had a musty smell - almost like sewer but could have been all the chlorine. Our room was very spacious and clean. The shower head was cracked but it still worked. The hotel is more for if you aren't planning to hang there the entirety of your stay and use the facilities. I would have rated it higher had the outdoor pools/lazy river/waterfall not been advertised and not actually working.

Disappointed that we were told indoor and outdoor areas were open, yet some areas were closed throughout our visit.

It was okay for a few days. Got charged extra for use of the pools even though we didn't use them. Stayed in a kitchenette type room. Super comfy bed.

This property was appalling! The audacity to ask if we wanted to upgrade was absurd. The lobby area looked abandoned. No room service was available. The towels and he one washcloth in the room were worn out, frayed, adn had holes in them, also the top sheet had holes in it. The bath mat was dirty, and it looked like it had been used. Had to pay a $20 per day resort fee! What resort? A glorified pool? Which we never used. The landscaping in and around the property is hazardous. Huge cracks in the cement, and the suitcase wheels got stuck. The garbage cans at the entrance to our room area were filthy. The elevator was missing parts on the panel and had scratch marks and graffiti. No working ice machine. Then why offer an ice bucket in the room? We walked all over the property trying to find one. The room furniture was disgusting, the chairs looked adn smelled horrible. the nightstand between the two beds was useless. No USB plug-in option. Maybe add an alarm clock that also has a USB plug-in option? Someone on the other side of the connecting door was rattling the lock. Creepy! If you have two women checking in, maybe think safety first! Your front desk staff need customer service training. Complete rip-off for the price we paid! Raze the property; it was a horrible experience.

No free breakfast. No restaurant or bar. Half the outdoor pools are closed, false advertizing on that part, as the pictures show a lazy river outside. No free Noah's Ark tickets as advertised. No microwave in the room. Not allowed to open the patio doors or will be fined $100.

Not a terrible hotel, but definitely not the best place to stay either. Well off the beaten path and in a quiet area. Was quiet when we checked in on a week night, but as it filled up on the weekend we could very clearly hear the guests above us. The carpet was stained and dirty. There was a dehumidifier in our room that ran continually and was very loud. Beds were not comfortable, we had a queen and pull out couch. The pool was less than desirable and only open until 8:00. Most mornings the hallway smelled of pot. It was a cheap accomodation, so I guess we got what we paid for, but the price seemed a bit high for what it actually was.
