Polynesian Hotel & Suites Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton

While the rooms were big, beds were excellent the services were terrible. There was no working phone, we went down to the desk and they said they were in the middle of changes carriers. We couldn’t even call the desk from our cell phones. Had to walk down for anything. One tv didn’t even work. And they offer no cleaning or restocking services between nights. We had one roll of TP for the whole stay, for a suite that could hold 9 people.

i would check other hotels this is good for people on fixed incomes not for others very poor wifi

Limited usable pools.

Pictures shown online are misleading there is not pools outside all is in ruins. Persons at frint desk did not like any requests for extra towels or shampoo. Halls are dirty. Smells marihuana all over the place they do not do a good job enforcing the non- smoke signs. Very unsafe for families with kids. Extra charge for the pool of $20 is not fair either. We won't recomend this place.

Only 1/2 of the water park is operational and weeks over taken the property, can’t use the patios due to being unsafe. Not recommended

I rented a kitchenette it has stove microwave and fridge but no pots or frying panels

Pool area(s) need some love and attention. That kids waterpark could use some updating, we kid scraped their bottom coming out of the slide onto this hard plastic. They blew a whistle at 745pm and said the pool was closed! The ouside pool area is a fright! Strange people hanging outside the entrance doors did not make me feel safe with a small child. The rooms were VERY dated. I understand with the big resorts its hard to keep up, however, a little try goes a long way. Our stay felt like we stayed at the cheap rooms at mount Olympus.(iykyk) Thank goodness this wa

I love how there was a life gaurd everywhere you go at the water park and they were doing a great job walking around to make sure everyone is safe.
