Beach was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was like any another. Nothing special.

Customer relations staff poor performance.

Property is beautiful and in a great location. You get that beach resort feel but are also approx. 15min walk on the beach to the town/beach clubs in main beach area. The facilities are great and the resort has a really nice high-end feel to it. Staff is great and supper friendly/helpful. Rooms were really nice and spacious. We were in a beach view room and loved it. Views are great (despite some prior reviews we read) and the beach is much nicer than we expected. Very much felt like being in a nice resort. Highly recommend it. We also walked by the garden rooms and they were really nice as well. Lagoon rooms would be to noisy for us - don’t stay in a lagoon room unless you have kids. ALSO, don’t miss out on V Senses cafe in the villa area - I think some people miss it because they don’t know they can walk over there.

The only two minor negatives would be the fact there is no adult pool. This resort is very kid friendly and there are tons of kids/little babies everywhere and these kids/families LOVE floaties! The lagoon pool is so pretty & tropical but there were always what felt like 1000 kids in there with 10,000 floaties. We could never find a seat there but also could not spend more than a few minutes in the lagoon, which is too bad. The main pool was a bit better but only mid-day because there is no shade and the pool was super hot. Would have been nice to have one designed are for adults to relax. The second was pool service at the main pool. Most days almost non-existent. There are call buttons at the umbrella tables but 9 out of 10 times no one would come *even when you waved down a server bring some else a drink.
